Hotel service is excellent, all staff are very kind and supportive specially Housekeeping manager Mr Sunil Acharya and team and from reception Mr. Bejoy, Ms Bimit, food is excellent thank you all for your excellent hospitality.

Ambience of the hotel is awesome. The lighting is great , room service is very good ,the food is good and very timely served,the rooms are ventilated well except the bathroom which is not ventilated, the pool view is very good . Behaviour of people here is very good and especially rabi ji is very nice and good person and the manager is also very cooperative and helpful having good behaviour .

The Hotel is located at a perfect location. If you want to enjoy the beauty of nature and wants to enjoy peacefully than this is the perfect place for you. The hospitality of the staffs are very very nice. The rooms are very clean. One can enjoy the beauty of nature, can breath a fresh air. The foods are very good. Overall it's a perfect place to enjoy your vacation. Special mention GM Mr Arnab, housekeeping manager Mr Sunil Acharya,from reception Ms Bimit,Mr Bejoy and from resturant Mr Raju are excellent on their services. Highly recommend to all.

Nicely Place, decoration & co operate.. Room are extremely sweets, restaurants decoration,foods, sitting capacity are available. Everything are awesome. Pools are nice, Spa is available, Garden is mind blowing. Manager and his team are very co operate & frankly.

The best place to stay in Kalimpong. Aesthetically designed good sized comfy rooms with all modern amenities.House keeping staff was excellent in keeping the rooms clean by the time we returned from our tours. Housekeeping team are very professional and caring. The restaurant served great food with personal touch by the chef which was a lovely experience. The front office team were outstanding in their duties equated with ample care and concern. We stayed in the Attic room which had a great view of the Darjeeling greenery cover hills . I highly recommend this property. Prompt response of Housekeeping Manager Mr. SUNIL and his team members Suraj,Sardha and Soneya.

The Play room was excellent, the carrom board and table tennis were nice. The staff behaviour was the best of the best. the Golden Oak restaurant was very good . The staffs were receptive. The rooms were well maintained. The stay at Sinclairs was very satisfactory. Once we even came 1 hr after lunch but got served and the live music at night was wonderful!
