Staffs are accomodating. Cleanliness of the room is 10/10. Affordable price as well!

Не рекомендую!!! Сотрудникам отеля клиенты мешают заниматься своими делами. Сотрудники отеля сделали все возможное, чтобы гости уехали раньше срока. В 12 часов ночи слушали музыку под дверью номера. После моей просьбы музыку выключили, но всю ночью шумели. Бесплатной воды, мыла и даже туалетной бумаги в номере нет. Простыни дырявые

Walang tv pero sa amenities niya may tv daw and free wifi pero wala naman tapos yung unan medjo madumi narin and wala eang table sa loob para patungan ng gamit yun lang na dissapoint kmi sa part nayan pero goods naman gung aircon nila na naka cool effect and shower gumagana naman.

I booked and was confirmed. When i arrived no available staff to talk to. I waited several minutes and even asked the people outside the building and no one knew anything. I came back inside and waited for several minutes more but still no staff at the reception area. I left and had to find another hotel. Worst is they have this no cancellation policy and they refused to refund my online payment

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!! Dirtiest room I booked. Sheets were not clean, saw hairs on bed and pillow. I wasn’t able to ask for new sheets as there were no person at the front desk. Even when I areived, I waited couple of minutes because no person were assisting me.

Manager refused to honour the online booking agreement and threatened to call the police if we did not pay extra. Room was not clean. Tv did not work. No shower, just a bucket of cold water for a deluxe room. This hotel is not recommended. Please avoid, you have been warned.

The worst experience I have ever had. 1. Hotel refused to honor the price and contract made with the agent Agoda. 2. Thet threatened to make us leave if we did not pay the walkk in price. As i had a child I could not risk not having accommodation as the hotels were full due to a local festival. I was charged and additional 17,000 peso. 3. Dirty room, not cleaned. Dirty sheets. No TV working and no shower. Just a tap and water bucket. Please is infested with ants. Please give this place a miss
