卡拉馬祖波蒂奇萬怡飯店(Courtyard Kalamazoo Portage)

Es un buen hotel muy nuevo, sin embargo nos quedamos 4 días y no realizaron la limpieza, debería ser diario.

My stay was ok i guess. When i got to my room the TV didn't work, star deducted. The front desk lady was helpful and switched us rooms, star back. Then the next day 2 times our cards stopped working, both of them! Minus 2 stars. Why i ended up with 3 stars. Staff was great tho

While the immediate surroundings were greatly inviting looking clean and gathered I do have to say my stay was a little troublesome. The room was clean and neat. The issue was the bathroom(unsafe). For starters the heavy shower glass door was loose from the hinge barely hanging on, one wrong pull of the door and a great risk of bodily harm as it will shattter. The toilet base was completely cracked through and it seemed like someone just silicone glued the piece back together. That was a nigh**are to even think about. Last was the rust surrounding the bottom of the bathroom entry door frame. Extremely dissapointing. The staff attempted to make things right but ultimately told me to contact ******* as they were the ones I booked the room through. It shouldn't matter who I booked the room through, I'm physically in the hotel building, the staff should correct any issues right there and then, it is their property.

Pool and hot tub is closed. There was no notice until your checked in. Mattress was not comfortable.

Our room was flooded from the room next to us while we were getting ready for a funeral. The water was turned off and we had to vacate. They did comp the room though.

I didn't have hot water. The bathtub would not drain and the 3rd floor hallway was freezing cold.

I liked the location being right off the highway made it easy to go to different locations nearby. Back stone restaurant across from the is a great. The pool didn’t look very clean and the hot tub was out. I was disappointed since I did hope to sit in the hot tub for my weekend away. Overall hotel was fine and good place to stay for a quick weekend away.

Everything was great. The only thing I did not like was the 3 Dollars I had to pay for parking. I would stay here again.

The hotel overall wasn’t bad. You can just tell that the hotel hasn’t been entirely well maintained. Overall my stay was okay, but I would say not worth the price point. The cleaning service during my entire stay never came to tidy up my room and the breakfast was way overpriced. Not worth the additional amount of money. You can find more affordable food options nearby.
