Very good customer service and helpful

Το δωμάτιο ήταν μεγάλο φωτεινό, καθαρό και καλά εξοπλισμένο. Οι οικοδεσπότες φιλόξενοι και ευγενικοόι. Το πρωινό πλούσιο με χειροποίητα προϊόντα φτιαγμένα από τοπικά υλικά. Το ξενοδοχείο δεν έχει ιδιωτικό parking, αλλά πολύ κοντά υπάρχει ελεύθερο δημοτικό parking. Η τοποθεσία πολύ καλή, στον κεντρικό πεζόδρομο της πόλης.

The very good and friendly welcome of the owners. The historic house-hotel very well renoveted, the nice décoration inside, the old furniture , the special atmosphere of the place and the good breakfast

A unique building that was fully restored keeping the character of the original building which was beautiful. Unfortunately due to the fact that is a listed building and due to the regulations you can’t change anything which means that you don’t have an elevator which makes it difficult using the stairs when you have a large luggage. The owners were very polite, attentive and helpful willing to help us with any request we had. The breakfast was based on local ingredients and was delicious (especially the cheese pie). The breakfast room was beautiful but unfortunately due to the regulations until now the owners didn’t have a permit to add air conditioning in this room and it was very warm as outside temperatures were above 30C. However we were told that they finally got approval so it should not be an issue in the future. We would definitely return to this hotel the next time we will visit Kalamata.

It’s a special place and beautifully renovated mansion. The bed was large enough and comfortable with modern amenities with high ceiling, big windows, a/c. Breakfast was delicious with variety of local specialties. It’s very well located to the nearest central square with restaurants, and shops. Nearby open farmers market and the old town as well as the Castle. Definitely recommend it and would love to be back again!

This was such a lovely hotel and the manageress Elli, was completely delightful. It is right in the heart of Kalamata and we were there on one of the busiest nights of the year - White night - but she gave us a room at the back so it was not noisy. Hotel was delightful, quirky and nicely done. Our room was spacious, well decorated, clean and good air conditioning! Breakfast was delicious, home-made Greek delicacies and freshly squeezed orange juice. Elli was not only super-friendly, spoke excellent English but went over and beyond with helpfulness. We had a particular problem and she went out of her way to help us out, don't think we could have done it on our own - so big Thank you. Would only recommend this place

Wonderful old world ambience, great rooms and modern bathrooms, high ceilings. Friendly service. Well located within the old town on the main pedestrian shopping street. Highly recommended!! Walking distance to the castle and centre of Kalamata.
