服務OK，但是毛巾床單都很舊了 建議換新的 很多設施都沒有，不過考慮到價錢問題還算OK 地點方便，靠近highway

I booked room with window but I get room without window and the receptionist said the one that appear is from traveloka not Trip.com, im not sure why. Plus, Im not satisfied with the hotel cleanliness the room + the toilet. So, I’ll not repeat to stay here. Sorry for the honest review.

很壞。第一次進房間的時候很驚訝，房間裡沒有人。用過的毛巾亂七八糟。未整理的床。我訂的是有窗的房間，結果到了沒有窗的房間。工作人員說這個房間的行程不能更改。不要預訂這家酒店。後悔。這是進入的第一張圖。沒有立即包裝

I plan to book a room for a month because i have project in bangi next month.. but since they didnt approve my cancellation request due to wrong date i chose…i need to fond another hotel..and another provider… trip.com not so user friendly

我們真的很喜歡這次旅行@avenue bangi hotel。房間和床都很大。工作人員非常友好。靠近萬宜仙境水上樂園。一切都好。推薦入住。

下午 3 點左右，突然一個男人走進我的房間。幸運的是，他進來的時候不是在我洗澡的時候。說可能是客房服務。我不知道它到底是什麼。

附近有商店，學校學生朋友，價格實惠

You got what you’ve paid for . As there is no elevator , might be a hassle for older people with knee problems and heavy luggages .

接待客服態度不好！要求有窗戶的房間，卻給了有牆的房間！空調噪音大。遲到的家事服務。僅在有要求時才來。沒有熱水。第一天電視遙控器不工作。夜班工作人員非常友好和樂於助人。不推薦給不會爬樓梯的人。除了前台接待外，整體工作人員都很好。應該去參加客戶服務訓練。
