Super nett, sehr persönlich, als gehöre man zur Familie. Alles ist liebevoll gestaltet und freundlich.

The service is excellent because the owners are highly devoted to carry out the best service possible. This is best illustrated by the breakfast. Guest are able to request specific kinds of breakfast in advance beside the regular german styled breakfast. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. The location is excellent for visitors to the University besides being close to the train station. The hotel is located in a quite housing area. Thus, not many facilities are close-by but in turn the sleep in the night is rather smooth and undisturbed. I will certainly stay again in this hotel when I am traveling this parts of Germany,

Not horrible, but never again Terribly dark and isolated location. Staff were friendly, but not concerned with guest comfort. They couldn't wait to close and leave, even turning out the lights in the lobby one hour prior to closing time.

Although it on the outskirts of the city it is a lovely, friendly hotel where you are made to feel really welcome. The rooms are kept really clean and well maintained. It is quite close to the University and about a 10 minute walk from the station. You have to walk into the city for food. About a 20 minute walk. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
