It has been recently fully renovated and has all the necessities to enjoy a wonderful vacation for an extended family.The studio with queen and full bathroom (350 sq. ft.) accommodates 2 extra people and rents for an additional fee. The house is 3-minute walk from a little beach and water access for snorkeling, swimming or kayaking to the Mokes. It is a 10-minute walk from the world famous Lanikai beach. You can see the Lanikai Pillbox from our backyard. The trails' access point is 2 blocks for a great hike and gorgeous views of the Windward shore. Lanikai (Ka'ohao) is absolutely breathtaking. From the serene white sand beach to the Pillboxes (Ka'iwa Ridge) spectacular view, few places have it all. Lanikai beach and the Pillbox hike are a few minute walk from our guest suite (2-4 min). Kailua beach is right around the corner and Kailua Town shopping and dining is a few minutes drive.This property is a legally established dwelling that is rented for periods of 30 consecutive day minimum. There is no penalty for early departures so you can book for a shorter stay as agreed upon on the site. This is in accordance with City and County of Honolulu ordinance section 19-18.
