Cosy private studio with swimming pool facility. Located next to the beach and restaurants.
The space
1) Convenient location: located at the heart of Kona, quick access to the beach and restaurants, convenience stores are just right next to the studio
2) Facilities: private swimming pool is available for all the guests in the building. Basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts are also nearby

Guest could access the swimming pool and laundry facilities inside the building
Smoking and illegal activities are strictly prohibited in the studio and in the Inn. $350 USD fine will be given from the property management once reported. Mahalo!

Kleines feines Condo
Super Ausstattung, easy zum einchecken in der Lobby, gut funktionierende Laundry, nah an Restaurants und Bars. Wer einen Sandstrand möchte muss sich ins Auto setzen. Wer im Oktober kommt ist entweder ein Triathlet oder muss damit klar kommen, dass ein paar FahrradfahrerInnen und LäuferInnen mehr unterwegs sind. 😉
Dusche und WC sind gefühlt im Wandschrank, kurzer Harry Potter Moment und Waschbecken ist die Spüle.
Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle voll funktionstüchtig. Alles sehr sauber. Ruhige Anlage obwohl wir einen Abend die Nachbarn aus dem Nebencondo gut hören konnten.

Die Lage und die Wohnung waren super. Wunderschöne Anlage, genauso wie beschrieben. Die Vermieterin immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit.

Lovely little place
Clean. Easy to check in. Manager was responsive and the place is walking distance to shops and nightlife. Perfect spot for a stay on this side of the island.

Cozy condo in great location
We had a wonderful stay in Jacy’s condo. It has a prime location, just a short walk away from the center of town with many cute shops, restaurants and beaches. The condo had everything we needed and we loved having our morning coffee and breakfast on the balcony. The property gardens are beautiful!Communication with our host was outstanding. She was super friendly and helpful and we were able to check in early. Even after our stay when we realized we had left something in the condo, Jacy responded quickly and helped us to get our belongings back. Thank you so much!Would definitely stay here again.

Review of studio
The location is perfect. The grounds were well kept. Showere pressure was slightly weak. I could smell cigarette smoke in the bathroom coming from somewhere. This unit did not have a bathroom vanity. The kitchen did not have a stove. Coffee on the porch in the morning was divine.

Beautiful
Very clean. Enjoyed the night. Only issue was finding the spot. The address we got took us to all different spots and none the right one. Took a long time to find.

One night stay
Quiter than expected, tasteful decor, clean, comfotable bed and nice linens. Laundry room on the opposite side of the complex is a little sketchy but worked fine except change machine was broken. The little porch and birds sining was lovely. We expected noise from the pool and there was none. Parking can be hit or miss.

Great trip & accommodations!!
Great property & great condo. Stocked with everything you need! Clean and nicely furnished. Would rent again. Owner was very good with communication. Fast to reply. Checked to see if we made it and found property ok. Pool and hot tub very clean. BBQ very handy for cooking dinner. Beautiful grounds!!!

Nice studio
Lovely grounds and pool. Studio worked well for what we were looking for: a shower and quiet place to sleep. Kitchenette sink doubles as bathroom sink, since no sink in bathroom. Limited parking in the evening, so had to street park a couple buildings down a few nights. In front of the complex (across the street) was a homeless hangout that,we avoided after dark..
