Holua Resort

정말로 훌륭합니다. 아름다운 나무, 꽃, 지네, 도마뱀, 새, 직원분들 등등이 모두 어울려, 우리에게 추억으로 남았습니다. 방안의 식기, 냄비, 커피드리퍼, 오븐, 전자레인지 등등이 갖추어져, 전혀 불편함이 없었습니다. 빅아일랜드에 머물게 되면 반드시 다시 머물 것입니다.

駐車場がひとつしかないため、ユニットによっては結構歩きます。海に行く時とか荷物多いからちょっと面倒でした。部屋は広くて使い勝手も良いです。洗濯機乾燥機がついているのも助かります。最終日に部屋に虫が出ましたが、博多というわけではなく、南国なので仕方ない部分もあると思います。スタッフは皆さんフレンドリーで拙い英語でしたが常に笑顔で対応していただきありがたかったです。歩くことに不自由でなければお勧めします。

The units are well-designed and self-contained, so it was very quiet. Sleeping areas are on ground level and living space above so you don’t have to carry luggage upstairs, but there isn’t anybody else above you. The unit was clean and the kitchen was very well-equipped. All staff members we dealt with were friendly, efficient and helpful. There was plenty of parking. The resort is a little far from town, but not too bad and the quiet made up for it. There is grocery shopping nearby too.

Bedroom AC did not work. Living room cable box was broken. No basic kitchen amenities (salt and pepper). Nothing was convenient near by. Seemed to be a big hit for pickleball-ers, which we were not.

No one helped to accommodate our request. We were ignored and given nothing but lying excuses from front desk. We were given a room set off in an area surrounded by bushes. Our request for clean towels took a whole 45 minutes of waiting time and another phone request before receiving clean towels. Microwave was broken and bees were on the drapes.

The staff and the property it self was well maintained and clean. But it is an older property and the decor and fixtures are old but in working order. Great for the price and the location. Would stay again for sure. P.S. We had a upstairs neighbor that had a child and the footsteps were loud downstairs in our unit. Next time I would ask for an upstairs unit to avoid the noise from above.

Staff wasn’t accommodating to our request to stay until 5pm in the room on check out date as my husband was working that day and our flight wasn’t till later. They kept lying to us by saying that the room was booked for someone else as they had so many available villas near us.
