The hotel was nice and clean. We enjoyed it.. Stuff was also very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good. Good location. I mean its very close to the great pyramids. There is Wifi everywhere. The room was luxuries. Usually for such a room you would pay 200+ eur in the Netherlands.

定了兩晚但因為航班變動想申請取消一晚，也提前了蠻久申請，答覆是不同意。我不清楚是酒店的問題還是代理的問題或者攜程的問題，因為同樣的價格，我在同程定的這家酒店就可以免費取消。拋開這些，這家酒店中規中矩，最便宜的那個房型很小，窗户也是個小的側窗，一個人湊合住一晚還行，兩個人就不推薦了。另外他家的花園景和金字塔景房我也住了，還不錯，至少寬敞很大。我去的時候酒店下面幾層都在裝修。前台還是比較禮貌客氣的，辦理入住動作也比較迅速。早餐也還行，頂樓露台餐廳視野不錯，價格也還行。

這家酒店的位置非常可以，馬路對面就是米娜宮萬豪，窗口的景色也確實很好。早上走到金字塔非常近，7點多敢第一批去金字塔那裡都沒有啥人。從大埃及博物館打車過來也不遠 。當然價格在這裏對硬件要求不能太高，洗手間有點小。前台有個女孩會簡單的中文。

是這次埃及行最貴的酒店，比阿斯旺索菲特還貴，但是除了早餐不錯，服務不錯之外，其他都不是太滿意。1.只有浴缸，沒有手持噴頭.2.房間打開有一股黴味，且隔音非常差，外面馬路聲音都聽得很清晰。之前住艾美機場酒店，隔音都沒有這麼差。可能住這個酒店要好的話，必須訂金字塔景觀房間，就不會對外馬路。3.沒有中文電視，不過這是埃及酒店共同性問題，也沒有辦法了。4.自助餐倒是非常豐富，就是廚師們有點記性不行，我要了華夫餅和鬆餅，過了20分鐘都沒來，我走過去看，他們馬上反應過來，過了幾分鐘做了給我送過來，搞得吃得很趕，不過味道倒是不錯。個人覺得，這個酒店是專門看金字塔的，其他的要求比較難滿足。

We just spent three nights in the pyramid view family suite, and an additional pyramid view room (with balcony) for our family of 7. The hotel was clean, comfortable, but most importantly, hospitable. The service and level of care shown to our family during our stay was phenomenal. I would specifically like to thank Taha at the reception desk for having boxed breakfasts ready for us this morning for our early check out. That was exceptionally kind of him to do for us without even asking for it! During our stay, we utilized the following services: Laundry, Hotel Restaurant (multiple times 😊), and even room service when we were exhausted from a long day of exploring! I am so grateful for the experience we had at Nozol with the wonderful staff. Highly recommended!

We are grateful to Camp travel tours whom had this hotel in their list. The hotel was clean, smell good, the rooms are spacious especially for big groups and families. Their location was very near to the pyramids. So our daily breakfast was breathtaking. They have provided great service, very helpful and understanding as one of our friend wasn’t able to come they were accommodating and did the needful. Their breakfast was simple but very sufficient to start the day. They have blowers and offer laundry service if needed. We tried their dinner and the Kofta was great true to price. The linen and duvet could be improved to be more smoother otherwise all about the hotel is great. The staff were honest, neat and helpful. From Mr. Issam, Ms. Nouha, the housekeeping did a great job. The restaurant staff Zousi, Hamada, Faris and Islam. Thank you for making our stay in Egypt very relaxing and worthwhile. Kudos!

We loved our stay at Saray! Beautiful room, epic view, amazing breakfast & wonderful staff. We also booked many tours through the front desk - beach buggy trip, Nile River dinner cruise & full day Cairo/Giza/Pyramid & Sphinx tour with a guide. The prices were inflated & additional fees were still expected but the convenience made it all worth it.

因為出差在這家酒店住了三個晚上。第一晚是在豪華房住，後面在總統間住了兩個晚上，來了之後發現我之前的預定出了一點問題。總的來說，這家酒店還是需要提高的，這裏的房間大小合適，但是浴室看起來很破舊。而且酒店的酒吧也很寒磣，甚至有點發霉的味道。酒店離金字塔很近，酒店附近也有很多很棒的酒店，比如Mena House還有開羅中心的一些酒店，都不貴。

酒店內提供的早餐非常不好 就是挺隨意的吧品質普普通通 房間的有三張單人床，床板在一進門的時候就滑落在更下方的位置，且釘針外露了⋯ 十分危險！希望飯店能注意每間房間的設施。飯店樓上的餐廳員工會騙客人錢！！一個比較老的服務生，看起來很像是管理者，他真的很可惡！明明每個房客的早餐都是有含飲料的，我們點了一杯拿鐵和牛奶，上桌時就騙人說牛奶要收5美元，非常誇張！重點是那杯牛奶才200ml吧！是後來我說你沒有事前說明要付錢，所以我不要了！他才放棄 這歪風要改啊！
