We stayed at the Radisson Lonavala for a weekend, and it’s a fantastic destination, especially for families with children. The hotel offers numerous activities to keep kids entertained, starting with the recreation club, which features a variety of games. The pool party and evening movie screening add to the fun. The buffet dinner and breakfast offer a wide range of options, ensuring that every palate is satisfied. While the service could have been a bit quicker, the hotel's high occupancy seems to keep the staff busy, leading to occasional delays in orders. Overall, it’s a perfect spot for a weekend getaway. Special thanks to Yasin, the Director of Revenue, who took our feedback on service very seriously. He also gave us a tour of the property, highlighting its architecture and finer details.

Horrible experience. Had the privilege to visit several premium resorts as part of staycation but never received such a treatment from the hotel staff. Food is great, but more than food we expect hospitality and customer satisfaction when coming to a resort for refreshment, which was clearly missing here. I would suggest higher management to train the staff ) especially the ones serving food in the restaurant part to be more cordial when asking queries . Bad room service as well

Everything was perfect minus the mosquitoes. These pests made the stay one star less comfortable. And couldn’t see much being done about it. Checkin & checkout were smooth. Room was good and spacious and well stocked with amenities. The bar had great service. Dinner buffet was very average and had limited choices. Breakfast was superb and compensated for the dinner the previous night. For lunch, the khao suey kept curdling with lime and the chef insisted that this will always happen which i found quite funny. Something to definitely look into. Overall, a great property for family and business and a a must visit.

The property is very well maintained, very courteous staff and amazing food. If anyone is visiting Lonavala then this is a perfect place to stay. However every cloud has a silver lining, in my case it was High tea, which was denied to me, although i stayed there for 2 days, this was a bit disappointing as nowhere at the time of booking or at checkin high tea as a separate add-on was mentioned. Have stayed and travelled to multiple places and the package always had this included, if one can pay hefty amount for stay and food, high tea would not have mattered, something the management should ponder on.

I had the pleasure of visiting Radisson Resorts and Spa with my wife and our 5 months old kid. The property is at a scenic location and is built like a fort. The staff tries their best to make you feel valued at this property. The rooms are excellent and very well maintained. Overall, had a great experience.

Another good property from Radisson. The hotel has been designed in unique way. Most part of it is liked by me and my family. The Fragrance in the hotel us soothing. The indoor game room is excellent. Only one catch is that there are few games like pool, air hockey are Charitable. The gym is small but suffiicient. You get a good vibe there. Staffs in the hotel are very cordial, prompt. Excellent breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet. Nice bar. Their evening program is good. The swimming pool is Village Pond themed. It has both pros and cons. The water is clean but green in color, which makes it dark in appearance. It has steps like kund. One needs to be careful while swimming, as you may hit yourselves on the steps. The location has very less scenic view as there are bunglows around it. It's better to take the higher floor rooms. The concept of bath tub in the Balcony is not that great as only one side of it has curtain. Rest of it has wooden grill. If you are bathing carefully, then you won't be seen from outside. Overall a good relaxing stay with family and young kids. Im nut shell, Good Food Cool vibe Kids entertainment Amazing hospitality

Last week, I visited the Radisson Hotel in Lonavala with my friends, and it was a good experience. The food, the environment, and the staff were all amazing. We met with Chef Amit, and he was very polite. He also suggested we try the Jain starter and food. Thank you, Radisson!

The stay has been good so far. This is our 3rd trip to the property and we are a member as well of Radisson rewards. A big thank you to the staff in particular Shweta (reception), Tej and Shrutika (Housekeeping) for taking care of us and ensuring upkeep of the room. Gratitude for the kitchen stuff that drill up delectable and yummy food.... good variety.
