This spacious condo is perfectly situated on the edge of Carlin Park, just 1200 feet from the beach! Feel the ocean breeze from your balcony, enjoy a morning stroll across the park, and indulge in Jupiter's beautiful aqua waters!Our condo is in the Bella Vista community, with a swimming pool, two tennis courts and lovely landscaped grounds. The home is a 3 bed/2.5 bath unit, but we have turned the third bedroom into a sunny reading room overlooking the park. It is two stories, with two master suites, one upstairs and one down, both with their own full bathroom. There is also an upstairs loft that opens onto your own private balcony on the third floor, with beautiful park views!This condo is a favorite place of ours and we have filled it with our art collection and lots of love! The views are spectacular.If you need to work while you're away the loft on the upper level serves as a perfect office space with a beautiful Ernest Hemingway style wooden desk. From the desk you have a great view overlooking Carlin Park.The entire condo is equipped with high speed WIFI for email and zoom meetings along with cable and streaming TV.The location is fantastic. You are only a short walk to the beach through Carlin Park.
