This property, location, and our suite were perfect and lovely in every way. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay and your kind hospitality.

We have stayed at 3 hotels in Juneau and this was by far the best! The staff on reception were friendly and welcoming, gave great recommendations for local estaurants and hikes. They have a small kitchen with complementary snacks and some basic breakfast items, along with board games and sofas. We didn't use the hot tubs but they got rave reviews from other guests and we had robes in our rooms and umbrella hats for the Juneau rain- every detail had been thought through!

Beautifully remodelled, but 120 year old squeeking floors are REALLY loud.

Nice hotel Business trip for 2 nights. Cool little hotel. Rooms are small but well furnished and cozy. It wasn’t a problem per se for me, but there isn’t 24/7 coverage at the front desk. When there was someone in the small lobby, they were most professional and friendly. No complaints about this hotel.

The staff here was amazing! Always making sure we had everything we needed. The place is very cozy and clean and we loved the views from the hot tubs!

The staff was so friendly and accommodating and provided lots of information about the area. Great location. The continental breakfast had everything we needed. The hotel provided nice touches such as robes and flip flops for the hot tub. In addition to the standard shampoo, conditioner and body wash, they added a small specialty soap as a gift. We would stay here again.
