Stay at ramada was a 4/5 with early check in and nice and supportive staff. Location was near and walkable from downtown. Every excursion pickup point is literally 5-10min walkable from hotel.
Only reasons for not giving 5/5 are
1. Room Phone was not working
2. Temperature control of Shower if our room was not working though they did provide alternate room just for shower purpose
I would recommend this hotel for nearness to downtown and especially friendly staff

I paid $355+ to stay one night. Relatively inexpensive for Juneau I guess. But:
1. There was NO hot water….seriously.
2. I could get 3 channels on the TV
3. The facility is old and shows its age.
The bed was comfortable at least.
Even the cheapest motel has hot running water!

This is a run down hotel , I paid almost $1000 usd for 2 nights and they didn't even clean the room , the chairs are falling apart, the bathroom door dosen't close or lock , you stick to the floor when you take your shoes off ( cleaning supplies? ) it is just a run down hotel and i would not recommend it to anyone, but the pub was good as was the breakfast restaurant.

Staff was rude. We wanted to change rooms as the first room we were given, 101, was terribly musty adn would trigger my asthma.. the front desk clerk told me that I picked the wrong vacation destination as Alaska is humid and cold… They said that since I booked via ******* I could only get that type of room on the lower level. Went back and spoke to the manager and finally she changed our room, still on the lower level but at least it wasn’t musty.

This worked fine for our purposes. The room is big and has tons of storage. The whole place felt a bit dingy. Super good location for museum and capital !

In addition ... The kindness and professionalism of the dining room staff. The capacity of the staff in the rooms.
The space in the room. the brightness of my room.
Perhaps a little less the carpet on the floor which could be an accumulation of dust if it is not treated daily.

The property is very centrally located and convenient to everything within walking distance.
It was disappointing that there wasn’t transportation to and from the nearby airport

Nice, clean and roomy room. Had refrigerator, microwave & coffee maker with supplies. Nice bedding. Hotel is very dated. I know Alaska costs are high, but this room was more than I like to pay.
