Super service staff hotel ***ager mr. mahesh mr . Ganesh very nice behaviour…..averting good… We will recommend this hotel to all our friends. Food is also good. It is located in good place. Must go..

The first disappoin**ent was when we noticed that there in no minibar in the room!!!! There are some amenities which we assume to be there when you pay a certain price. Especially in peak summers. Very small bathroom. I didn't see the wc at first and was confused. I saw it only when I entered and closed the door. It was behind the door. Hugely disappointing buffet breakfast. Didn't start in time and then had the bare minimum spread. No fruits, no parathas, no cakes... My son hated it. Electricity kept coming and going all the time..and AC won't restart on its own when the light comes back..

Worst ever hotel, lost my watch from room and as per them its not by them no complaint taken. never go with this hotel. not trustworthy. Lost my watch and they are least bother about loss. they are just doing formality and nothing.

The checking was seamless, the rooms are spacious, the staff is polite and courteous. The service is prompt and efficient. The food menu has sufficient spread and is always served fresh. I had an infant with me, so they offered baby chair as well as baby dishes. We really enjoyed our stay at Viola Beacon, Lonavala. And because of the wonderful experience we shall visit again. Mr. Amit, Arif, Omar and Ayub were really service oriented.

OVERALL GOOD EXPERIENCE FOOD IS EXCELLENT THE BEST PART OF THE PROPERTY IS THAT ROOM ARE VERY SPACIOUS AND HYGIENE STAFF ARE VERY COOPERATIVE SUGGESSION: NEED TO HAVE SOME ACTIVITIES LIKE ROPE CLIMBING AND ALL

Best hotel to Stay in Lonavala.. Home lovely home a**osphere feeling.. Thanks to Hotel ***agement for deploying such a dedicated staff and serving best Veg Non-veg food.. Ample parking, spacious rooms, with clean Swimming pool and indoor games as if staying in your own bungalow and not just a room. Right from reception, food serving, outsource Staff is very cooperative and descent 👌👌🙏🙏

All bed sheets have stains. Never seen such bedsheets in any hotel room. Phone instrument didn't work. Toilet Seat was broken. Endless list... Breakfast was ok. Too expensive for the quality they are providing. I will not recommend this hotel to any one.

Dissapointing experience. The hotel is unhygenic with horrible customer service.The beds were broken ,bathroom dirty with no soap,the kids play area had everything broken and extremely unhygenic.Horrible smelly dirty place .

Our family programme was organised very good, food was also very tasty, staff was liberal also. We enjoyed too much whatever I thought. spacious place with swimming pool, airy resturant and play zone for children
