The house includes four beds: a king bed in the primary bedroom, a full bed in the guest suite bedroom, and two twin beds in the recreation room. Additional sleeping options include air mattresses and comfortable couches. The attached guest suite boasts its own private entrance, bathroom, living room, 43” Samsung smart TV, and kitchenette.Our main living room features stylish mid-century furniture and a state-of-the-art home theater system with a short-throw laser projector, Sonos Bluetooth speakers, a mini Nintendo gaming system, and an Apple TV loaded with various streaming services. The house is equipped with a Nest-controlled central heating/cooling system and two additional wall-mounted mini-split units for optimal temperature control. Enjoy customizable lighting throughout the house with color-controllable Hue Smart Bulbs and Wi-Fi dimmer remote switches. Our home is the perfect place for couples & small groups to getaway.THE SPACE:Our home, called "The Midnight Haus" offers 391 square feet of pure, desert paradise. Our newly constructed home offers our guests a clean, calming and inviting atmosphere to take in all that Joshua Tree has to offer.SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT:One queen bed plus a trundle with two twin mattresses. All of our mattresses are Zinus Memory foam and our guest rave about their comfort.KITCHEN:Even though it's a tiny house, the space still comes with a full size, and fully equipped kitchen. You'll have the basic kitchen necessities to prepare your meals, but please be sure to read our digital guidebook after booking, to see what items are provided.OUTDOOR SPACE:The best part of coming to Joshua Tree is being able to enjoy the outdoors, and we've set our space up so you can do just that. In the backyard, you'll find a fire pit surrounded by a beautifully constructed pergola with hanging hammock chairs. It's the perfect space to enjoy the beautiful Joshua Tree nights.THE BASICS:There's a powerful mini-split to cool the house during the hottest days, and a nice and toasty on the coldest night.☆PETS☆We love hosting pets (SORRY, NO CATS ALLOWED)! We happily welcome up to two dogs (up to 50 lbs) at our home with an added pet fee of $100. If you're planning to bring your furry friends along, please don't hesitate to send me a message!Just a few other notes! You are expected to clean up after your pet, in the house, and in the yard. We have a small dog bed at the house available for you but also ask that you provide your OWN blanket for them to lay on if your pet prefers that. Dogs are NOT allowed on our furniture/beds/couch/blankets/sheets and an additional cleaning fee will be charged if dog hair is found on these items at check out. The open and airy layout can accommodate up to 6 people. Its a cozy fit but definitely can make it work.Our home is furnished with one queen bed in the master bedroom with ensuite and walk- in closet. One full size bed in the second bedroom and one queen size memory foam Article sleeper sofa located in the living room.The living room in furnished with a 55 inch flat screen tv where you'll be able to "Netflix and chill" with friends and stream apps such as Disney and Hulu. We also have an air purifier in the living room. Clean, fresh air is always the best for everyone! NO musty smells at our house. lolOur gorgeously equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar , which you will find all the pot, pans, silverware, plates and glass wines that you will need to cook for breakfast lunch and dinner!With beautiful dessert mountain views and Joshua Trees , enjoy watching sunrises and sunsets from our front yard. From our backyard fire up the grill and enjoy lounging or dining al fresco on the covered patio. After an adventurous day hiking in the park or day of exploring Joshua Tree, enjoy the beautiful bright starry skies with family or friends staying warm by the fire pit and making yummy s'mores or relaxing in the hot tub.
