Nice! My stay at Courtyard by Marriott Jonesboro was a very pleasant experience.Staff was polite and informative, room met my expectations and was very comfortable. Location was excellent for me and other family members in town for my nephew’s graduation.

Excellent stay, nice clean, very quiet. Dining was super nice I loved the fact that each table had private tv.

Won't Be Back We rented twenty+ rooms for four nights. The hotel was new, and the staff was friendly. But most of the rooms were never cleaned, and some of them were only cleaned once. A few days after checkout, I received an email saying they were charging us a 25$ extra cleaning fee per room for "excessive trash and intentional harm to rooms." I asked for documented proof and I will include some of the pictures they sent. Our rooms had an occupancy of four each, and we fed them twice a day in the hotel. Their trash cans were full, so they stacked what other trash they had next to the cans.

The bed was horrible. I felt like I was rolling down hill all night . Woke up with a terrible back pain. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

Other hotels in the same area for less money that are a bit nicer and includes complimentary breakfast

It was nice. Christian the lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful.
