不是因為要去樂高，是絕不會來新山的，吉隆坡的農村，我半月前就訂的房，竟然給我安排一個沒有窗户的房間，又是1樓，我上有老下有小的，住着不知道多壓抑多不踏實。幸好致電攜程，對方很不情願地給我們換到二樓有窗户的房間，在這裏也特別感謝攜程處理事情的專業和及時👍之後不給紙巾，水和拖鞋，還要去找前台要，總之一點服務意識也沒有。離樂高就10分鐘車程，附近有個食肆炒飯和燴飯不錯👌

非常滿意的一次入住體驗，因為在機場沒有換到馬幣，酒店前台小姐姐用自己的錢幫我付了車費，非常感動，在異國他鄉的温暖，酒店位置很好，離武吉商場很近購物吃飯很方便，房間乾淨，性價比極高，值得推薦👍

床單被罩等很臟，有各種污漬。 打掃不及時，第一天出門回來沒有打掃衞生，洗漱用品等都未更換，需要自己叫人清掃。 隔音很差，連續三個晚上隔壁小孩大吵大鬧，基本沒休息好。

酒店設施都很好，唯有櫃枱服務員臉好臭，好像得罪了她一樣😔面對顧客應該基本笑容都要有吧

去柔佛和朋友吃飯約在附近、就直接在攜程訂了這個酒店、不錯

The hotel was located in a very isolated area. 1'st the receptionist seems lost about the check-in procedure, which took some time. In addition, she doesn't seem to be familar with the hotel surroundings when asked about the food in the area. Last but not least, there is no mini fridge and phone to call the reception in the room. Do take note that the deposit of RM$50 is required during check-in as well.

This is my second time booking and it was even better than the first time! I brought my family and they all liked how clean the beds and toilet was. It was very spacious and The bed and pillows were comfy, aircon was good. There's a fridge now in the triple room. The soaps were lightly scented lavender which was a nice surprise:) There is good local food nearby and even chains like kfc and dominos. Had a hearty breakfast in the morning. We didnt drive but location was convienient with grab👍 This is my favourite hotel in jb now Depending on the room u get, ur view might be construction or the front of the hotel. If you are sensitive to sounds when sleeping, you might want to add a request to have a room not near the aircon compressors. These arent a minus in my books as I'm satisfied as long as the room is clean but it might matter for others

Not flexible for early checking. We came at 2:30pm+ and checked with the counter that the room is available. However, she just let us to wait until 3:00pm to check in. I asked her is it possible to early check in and she replied she will check. However, I found she not really call to check. The rest is so so but worth the price.

Moderate hotel for short visit. Can visit the NB cafe next door for buffet breakfast.

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The family room is perfect for a small family like mine. I came in early and the staff assist me to check in early. Overall, it is a great experience and surely will come back to this hotel again.
