Stayed here for the second time in a different apar**ent. Both stays were enjoyable. The hotel is conveniently located next to KSL, just a 3-minute walk away. Extending for an extra night was easy and the response was prompt. Overall, a satisfying experience..

Nice location and owner provide very detail instruction on how to collect key and return keys. The place is very clean and spacious. Good for big families

Really love the hospitality and the cleanliness of the space even though it's a homestay. Worth it! East collection of keys too.

Terrible experience with them. Firstly, there are procedure like deposit of $50 sgd, but that’s is still fine, was informed that this will be a good stay, but was totally opposite, Me and my families was having bad rashes and itch after sleeping their bed, coffee cup only one and another have cracks, bathtub is very wobbly as if it is going to break anytime, and for those staying in the tower B, good luck with the lift, got jam in the lift. I have been staying at a lot different KSL apar**ent and I will totally disappointed in this stay. The itch and rashes cause by the bed was so bad that we was already considering to change a place to stay.

But theres an issue.. i have given the wrong handphone no... and im so grateful that trip.com manage to settle for me. As this is a third party rental. I really appreciate alot.. never had this issue. But here to think i have no worry to book from here again.....
