非常糟糕。我花了一個小時才辦理入住，因為那人找不到我一週前的預訂

酒店房間條件很差。房間裡的燈光太暗，給人一種陰暗、不受歡迎的感覺。此外，清潔度標準也未達標準。床單上有明顯的污漬，浴室似乎清潔不充分。

商品

服務一點也不熱情。無線網路最弱，我們住宿的價格太高了，每晚大約 50 新元。

友好的工作人員，乾淨寬敞的房間。但是，灰塵非常多的空調機組應該適當清潔。

訂了一間吸煙房，每晚只要40塊錢，真的物有所值，位置很好，離我們新加坡人相關的一切都很近，呵呵。強烈推薦！！工作人員也非常友善，他們甚至支付了我的搭車費

空調甚至不工作。沒有牙刷。沒有水壺幫我的寶寶沖奶。沒有冰箱。當我們沒有馬來西亞錢時，繼續要求押金。收銀台根本不懂。

浴室很大。毛巾有點臟，所以最好自帶毛巾。不提供肥皂或洗髮水。工作人員很友好。位置有點安靜，但靠近開車的習慣，只需10分鐘路程。基本的酒店，住一兩晚就可以了。

物超所值

Convenient for us whenever we go! Actually we are quite late to check in, the ladies’ at front desk she actually waiting for us to reach the hotel! Thank you

scam hotel,I highly not recommended with this hotel because the aircond not working, the room door can't lock also. Then there are not any basic complimentary, toothbrush, paste, shower cream, shampoo and etc. Its really not worth for the Triplex bedroom that i took ever and its the most worst as well!!!! The staff can go inside your room anytime as they dont have smart lock. The staff said they have a spare key with them.
