Comfy & Stylish Suasana Suites JB City, Next to Komtar JBCC

Liked the location as it was central to many other F&B, malls, and services. The apartment is spacious for a couple, with basic amenities for a simple stay over. I'm waiting for the refund of the compulsory damage deposit of MYR300. The apartment operator confirmed it shall be refunded in 3-7 business days, if no damages are reported.

Good location, just a little noisy from the bar downstairs and soundproof not that great (can hear neighbour / upstairs moving chairs sound. A bit of a bummer was that I have asked to setup sofabed given my booking was for 3pax. However, it was not done when we checkin at night, so extra manual work to do. (I’d wanted to rest immediately as I’d informed host I’ll be checking out super early next morning)

Apartment. No daily houskeep. Buy have wash and dry and kitchen if U r cooking. Quite troublesome as U book via app, still must email and pay another 300myr deposit to avante homes. Also the num Lock to the mailbox is so small I can't see anything. Also, fans and air con control quite complicated What's good, ample pillows, pillowcases, bathrobe to go ard. Just hope the earlier tenant do try funny things. Overall a good stay.

Disappointing. Though spacious but its basically a vacant place. Bed get creaky when sit on, mouldy smell coming out from the cupboard, the sofa bed was already spread out when we check in. Even washing machine was not working well though the wifi works. Aircon works well, though the standing fan was giving a curious sounds. Will definitely go to hotel instead in the future

I am giving an average rating for the following reasons 1) the key box lock was difficult to open but if there is damage the property owner wants guests to bear the cost. Unreasonable.I took the help of security to open the mail box. 2) the roof of drawing room had some mould near the AC 3)the faucet in the bathroom was not there at all. Feedback was provided immediately.very sad as they want to hold deposits but don’t want to keep the property in shape. I am waiting for the property management to respond to my request for the deposit refund. They are yet to respond.
