We really liked the hotel, we booked directly on the hilton web-site and it was much cheaper than advertised elsewhere. Shout out to Katelyn (sp?), the waitress in the restaurant at breakfast. She single handedly managed all the customers with a smile and great service!! The other staff were friendly too. The hotel is being renovated now. The 5th floor is not being used. The 4th floor is getting new wallpaper now. The lobby and small pool area were nicely done! We got room in the front of the hotel rm 401 and watched an amazing sunset from our window!!!! I do love a good sunset! I’d stay here again and hope to see another gorgeous sunset!

The pictures offered a bigger view than accurate, but overall happy with the hotel. The women running the office was both friendly and efficient, could definitely multitask. Her husband came out to offer help, but she was on top of everything. Room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely come again!

We are a non profit who rented one of there very large convention rooms for a semi formal dinner and we will absolutely be renting again in the future. The service was impeccable the venue was beautiful and clean. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our event went off perfectly offering assistance with any thing and everything to ensure everyone had a wonderful time. We also made use of there onsite bar/bartender which made it possible to provide a cash bar in a safe and managed environment (we normally would not be able to noir do we offer alcohol) as we are a non profit and lack proper insurance for such things. The bartender was extremely nice and worked hard to make sure everyone got what they wanted and the prices were extremely reasonable. And last but not least several of our attending guest opted to rent rooms after the meal and have reported similar quality to the rest of the venue including cleanliness and great hospitality with their stay. So for any one looking to book a room and or use some of the wonderful facilities they offer we highly recommend them you will not be disappointed.

We live in Kingsport and had a mini-honeymoon weekend here after our wedding. We loved the charm of the hotel and the bedding was so comfy. Could you tell me where to order those pillows? We also had a couples massage at the spa while there and that was exceptional. Everyone was very nice from check in to check out. We will definitely stay here again, maybe to celebrate anniversary. Thanks again for such a nice stay!!
