工作人員抵達後,將給予良好的歡迎。並輕鬆辦理入住手續。我忘記了身份文件以便辦理入住;但工作人員爲我提供了其他方法,以便能夠辦理登機手續,因爲我完全感到沮喪,需要一個地方過夜。房間乾淨整潔。我肯定還會再訂這個地方的。

From the check in to the day we left, it was one thing after the other. 1. The team that was checking us in was not consistent, the one half was not willing to go the extra mile to solve our request (being moved from a 2 single bed, room to a double bed, room) and the other half made promises that they could not keep (said that we would be moved the following day, without checking for availability first). 2. My colleague asked for the iron numerous times over the period of our stay, and it NEVER came, she had to go get it herself. 3. We ordered room service, and the food came after an hour plus, AFTER i made an enquiry about my order, which was when they were only assembling it. I do get that it might take time however communication on ETA is important. 4. When the food eventually came, there was no cutlery and no condiments. I could write more, but you get the picture.

由於沒有太多的評論,我會更全面一點:酒店就在主題公園裏面這很酷。進出不是問題。房間分佈在一些兩層樓的建築物中,所以如果你像我們一樣預訂兩個房間,請確保你要求他們在同一棟建築裏。房間很好-我們有一個套房和一個非套房-wifi和浴室都很好,牀很舒服,清潔不是一塵不染。房間包含入場,這對家庭來說是一個不可思議的價值。在公園開放之前/之後爲客人提供的餐廳,Barney's,是堅實的。自助早餐很豐盛,可以點雞蛋。酒店的科技在許多領域仍然是紙質的,所以不要指望應用程序或任何類似的東西。巴尼的晚餐選擇也是堅實的不是美食,但高於美國主題公園的標準。酒吧很好我們喝了兩杯最糟糕的葡萄酒(沒有喝過一口酒,因爲瓶子可能已經打開了一段時間),但後來我們有一個很好的瓶子新打開了。主題公園非常乾淨,有5輛滑車,不同程度的刺激。迷你高爾夫不應該錯過(與美國的海灘迷你高爾夫不同),但他們只有有限的球(!!)。每當我們有問題或問題時,工作人員都很友好和樂於助人。總的來說,如果金礁城主題公園在你的議程上,我們強烈建議考慮將其作爲一個住宿地點。

The best of the best guesthouse I have ever had. I traveled South Africa for 4 months .most time I choose guest house. The decoration, service , breakfast, event detail is full of beauty . 哪怕是洗手間的浴袍質量，浴缸，房間的被子，都是很高級的，整個家都很有品位，還有健身房，suzanne 知道我喜歡健身，還給我開好運動錄像帶，超級貼心，五星級都不如她的guesthouse.樓頂也是我很喜歡來的地方，超級美，早餐做的特別好，又漂亮。定了四個晚上，加定了三個晚上，還要多住四天。以後來約堡就住她家了。9

Excellent service with warm and friendly heart, reminder of Jo'burg Yeoville days. Wonderful breakfast with local variety. Spacious and comfortable rooms make you forget you are in the heart of Jozi....tranquil and peaceful. Worthwhile!

We had a very nice stay at the Melville Turret. What makes this guesthouse special, apart from the historic building, charming rooms, off-street parking and hearty breakfasts, is the incredibly warm welcome and care of the manager, Ms. Prisca. Thank you so much for making this a home away from home! The only small hiccup was on the last night of our stay, when a guest, who was apparently a friend of the owners, came back very late and made quite some noise. However, he apologised the next morning.
