Très bonne adresse pour un séjour à Johannesburg. Accueil magnifique de Prisca. Les chambres sont impeccables. Le service également ainsi que le petit-déjeuner. Possibilité de stationner son véhicule de manière sécurisée. Supermarché à 5 minutes en voiture. Petite rue avec restaurants et take-away également disponible à proximité. Endroit calme et sécurisé. Merci pour l'accueil Prisca.

Très charmante maison d'hôtes, bien située dans un quartier sécurisé et à quelques pas d'une rue très animée. L'accueil est chaleureux, les chambres confortables et le petit-déjeuner est copieux. Un petit plus : Looloo, le chat de la maison est très affectueux. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement pour un séjour à Johannesburg.

Toplocatie in leuke rustige buurt in JHB. We werden door Prisca ontvangen en verwent in het karaktervolle huis. Ontbijt, kamers en algemene sfeer zijn top! Aanrader voor een bezoek aan JHB. Wij waren er met 6 volwassenen en 5 kinderen.

We had a very nice stay at the Melville Turret. What makes this guesthouse special, apart from the historic building, charming rooms, off-street parking and hearty breakfasts, is the incredibly warm welcome and care of the manager, Ms. Prisca. Thank you so much for making this a home away from home! The only small hiccup was on the last night of our stay, when a guest, who was apparently a friend of the owners, came back very late and made quite some noise. However, he apologised the next morning.

After a gruelling Desember of working basically everyday. We booked three days in the loft at this awesome guesthouse. The room had ample space and, all the needed amenities. Bed was huge and beyond comfortable. LOVED the white bedding. Bathroom was also spacious with separate bath and shower. Instant hot water when needed. We appreciated the quietness, and was much needed. Owner sorted all the little hick-up’s within minutes. Also immensely appreciated. Rooms emaculate clean. Your truly at home here. We would return in a heart beat. And yes, we are looking again at booking here soon. Thank you Koos for the bottle of Champagne, so much appreciated. There is too much positives to write, just thank you for a brilliant stay, and breakfast and everything. If your thinking of booking in mellville, don’t look any further. This is it.

A little confusion with the reservation but all was getting on well very quickly. Personnal very kind and good breakfast. Bedrooms very pretty , no noise.good situation, restaurants are closed………………….
