Wir lieben die Hotelgruppe Four Seasons, und sind auch dieses Mal wieder begeistert. Das Hotel ist wie ein kleines Dorf - eine Oase in einer Großstadt. Der Service ist unschlagbar. „Geht nicht“ gibt’s hier einfach nicht - großartig! Gerade wenn man Extrawünsche hat. Danke für die wunderschöne Suite, die wir bekommen haben, mit einem grandiosen Ausblick über Johannesburg. Danke an das Management. Und einen besonderen Dank an den GM. Martin Cody! WIR KOMMEN GERNE WIEDER!

Das Four Seasons Westcliff ist ein aussergewöhnlich schönes Hotel in einer sehr herausfordernden Stadt. Sehr schön an einem Hügel / Berg (oder eben Cliff) gelegen, terrassenförmig gebaut, bietet es eine tolle, gepflegte Anlage, sehr schöne Zimmer mit prima Ausblick auf den nahe gelegenen Zoo und Johannesburg. DienZimmer sind prima ausgestattet, mega gepflegt, mit großem Bad und Terrasse. Alles absolut ruhig und gediegen. Außergewöhnlich freundliches Personal. Schönes SPA ( das ich nur zum Duschen nach meiner Ankunft nutzte, da das Zimmer noch nicht fertig war). Prima Fitnessstudio. Sehr gutes Frühstück in Flames ( zu dem ich gesondert berichte). Das Hotel ist „gated“ (wie alles in Johannesburg außerhalb der roughen Viertel) , so dass ich mich jederzeit völlig sicher gefühlt habe. Für europäische Verhältnisse und das was geboten wird, preislich günstig. Prima!

This is one of the best hotels we had ever stayed in. we found the staff, so excellent, and nothing was ever a bother or a problem for them. The setting is beautiful with wonderful views over Johannesburg. The rooms are excellent and clean. The two swimming pools were great and I really appreciated the top quality Gym with everything you could possibly want there

I don't think there is a bad Four Seasons anywhere / The Westcliff checked every box. My partner and I were there for 3 nights / the staff is remarkable. Every single interaction is met with a smile and graciousness that you rarely find these days. It starts with the bellman and front desks warm welcoming and carries over to every single employee. The head concierge Ms Mpho put together 2 days of tours that hit all the highlights of JNB with top notch drivers. She made wonderful suggestions for restaurants and secured the bookings. There is a reason for all the compliments this property receives. The breakfast buffet is one of the best we have ever had at a hotel / the wait staff is engaging and energetic / Basil the wine steward knowledgeable and a "10"

Das Hotel befindet sich in der besten Lage von Johannesburg, ist sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet und das Personal ist extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es bleiben eigentlich keine Wünsche offen. Klare Empfehlung!
