We had a great stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful specially regarding needs of my 10 month old daughter. They took care of us really good. Mr ranjeet rathore the chef made sure that my daughter food needs are taken care of and she loved the food. The location was also decent with many attractions not far away
Impressed with every part of the hotel. The restaurant staff were attentive and caring. The room was clean and the atmosphere was nice. We felt like a newly married couple. The hotel is located in the middle of a community, so there is occasional noise. It is quite difficult for large vehicles to enter and exit. But we love the hotel
Hotel Balam is located in Shikargarh area of beautiful blue city of Jodhpur. The hotel has traditional exteriors. I was here for a business trip and let’s be upfront they don’t serve very good breakfast. The restaurant food is above average and slightly over priced for the quality and portions they provide. Housekeeping does an average job and at times skipping to replace bare minimums like towels, toilet rolls and even water bottles. A lot of improvements can be made as far as service is considered. And yeah they are a young team, I wish them all the best.
Room was spacious food was average on breakfast room service for prderimg lunch n all was pathetic n they dont treat yu as guest they just forcibly like doing thier dury with sad faces jasa k oi jbrdsti krna pd ra h unke sth room m kuch ni milega har chiz k liye bar bar phone kroo inko tb jkr kuch hga no self initiative n guest like feeling in this just average in everything fr that price point of 4 star they take
SSafwaanThis hotel is like a homestay but the guest area is separate to the family area. There is a nice restaurant on the roof with city view.
The room has a window and balcony and there is always hot water. The host lady would often offer free tea even though there is a restaurant on top.
It's on a hill but literally 5 minutes from Mehran garh and several other attractions. It wouldn't be possible to ever be closer to a major attraction.
The hosts are very helpful with advice on visiting attractions and happy to have a chat as well
Stayed here for two nights whilst in Jodhpur. Beautiful, spotlessly clean havelli where you can truly relax. The owners are kind, generous, gentle people who can’t do enough to help you. The food is delicious, more than enough, and cooked to perfection. You can get a rickshaw right outside to go and visit all the sights of Jodhpur. If you want an authentic, clean, home from home experience- this is it!
訪訪客用戶This was easily one of our favourite stays in our 2-week trip of Northern India. We stayed at some much more expensive places but this was very authentic being an old haveli. It has charm and the staff were so friendly and helpful especially the manager. We felt completely safe here and Jodpur and Varanasi were the highlights of our holiday. Amazing views of the fort, fantastic rooftop restaurant called Indigo. Stay here!
訪訪客用戶I am travel-ling with my family visiting jodhpur. We reached haveli in pal at about 8. 30 am. Our check in time was 12 noon. They were kind enough to allow us early check in. The room was quite spacious with a blend of modern and old days interior. The hotel staff were all very courteous. The owner of the hotel always has close watch on the day to day working and guests wellbeing. Overall a very enjoyable stay.
The Hospitality we received at Indana hotel is fabulous and magnificent. Specially wish to mention about House keeping services and honesty of staff and spe cial thanks to Hansa Singh who took care of precious belongings left by us at room during our recent visit at Destination wedding. The rooms were very comfortable and cosy. Thanks to everyone and hotel admin
GGAJENDRA SINGH.This hostel is absolutely superb, the staff are friendly, helpful, full of local knowledge and go the extra mile. The facilities are cleaned daily, rooms are spacious, air conditioned, large lockers for the bigger backpacks, free wireless internet in the lounge with some games also connected to the internet, with a large screen TV (which was popular most evenings)
