Our business deal went on extremely well, sincerely I least expected everything to gone on well, from the point of entering the gate to meeting the intended individuals, these people are excellent, there wasn't alot of beaurcracy involved. Thank you Nile Village Team

I was treated as a celebrity. The staff kept the fine line between familiarity and harassment. All parts of the hotel extended their subtle, helpful concierge. I was really afforded with a measure of anonymity, a pretense of formality. I was treated with quiet regard and granted special status and access to exclusive amenities. " I will back be back" ... quoting the film star Swazneiger!

The customer service is too poor, we were stranded for almost two hours after check in time, without geting our room. The staff is so rude and care less as if there is no customer care. Can u believe there was no linen and thats the reason given by staff for not providing us room. Also room alloted to us was sold out. They ruin our easter holiday. With great disappointment we left the place. Guys improve on ur service .

I was traveling from Kenya to Uganda by land (as I have many times) and after some visiting in a very rural village stayed at the Nile Village Hotel & Spa. A delightful place (I've stayed there twice before and will again this June with a team of 20 people) to rest, eat good food, and be served by the excellent staff. A great place to stay at a very good price.

I was very disappointed with my stay at Nile Village. I typically stay at this hotel 2-3 times a year and book multiple rooms but this visit was different. The hotel has a new manager and the service just wasn't the same. I booked a total of 3 rooms. One family member was moved 3 times due to issues in the room (broken AC, broken shower) the last room was next to the bar and they had to listen to loud music every night until 1130pm. I booked 3 deluxe rooms but was given the cheaper cottage rooms. I spoke with the front desk multiple times about this but upper management never spoke with me about it. The cottage is about $20 USD per night cheaper than the deluxe rooms. 2 rooms had no shower doors, mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The filter on the AC was filthy and blew dust when it was turned on. This place has not been taken care of very well as of late.

This was a getaway for me & my mum from the city humdrum. I give 5 stars purely for the the amazing staff. The service is above self. This is each and every staff member you meet. Nothing is too much for them, you always get a smile. They are all engaging. Special shout to the Florence & house keeping team , Friday Johnathan with the Waiting team truly exceptional. And the foods and beverage team amazing food & entertainment especially during the new year festival. Truly thankful
