Major issue is Poor management and service quality and standards As a hotel. Few eg. 1. Contrary to MMT pkg details - Breakfast was supposed in restaurant but hotel itself assumes that customer knows that they serve breakfast in room against served order only. 2. Poor listening skills of staff- staff are basically not trained enough and lack of focus on guest experience . 3. No welcome gesture or uggage carrying assistance provided despite asking during checking and checkout. Also lift wasn't working. 4 basics facilities lacking like - no guidance given on TV, slipper was not provided unless aske Location is good and at few times some staff were hospitable and cooperative. Feedback is more on management's lack of focus and attention to maintaining service quality and standards as promised in MMT booking. Location if hotel is really good.

It was one of terrible experiences we had during our stay. One of the most unprofessionally managed property, staff behaviors were very arrogant. Room was stinking. Cleanness was at zero level, no services by the hotel staff, in the name of free breakfast they should you need to chose any one option and they don't provide bouffe services

It was one of horrified experience we had in this hotel while our stay . All the staff were highly unprofessional. Room was stinking with bad smell . Behaviour of the staff were very arrogant . I gave this feedback to their management team also

Specious room, well behaved staff, easy to locate the property, food quality very good (chicken biriyani).
Area for improvement: No hangers in cabinet, fan speed control knob missing, sharp cot edges (unsafe condition)

We had booked the hotel after looking at the beautiful pictures of the place but turned out to be completely opposite of it. Hotel lacked basic amenities like providing drinking water, no guard on duty, air conditioner wasn't well maintained, tea n coffee was served in broken kettles, beds were not comfortable nor was sheets as they were not completely hygienic.

Very pathetic. They don’t have any kind of management. My room was not ready at the check in time and person at reception is just ignoring me executive when they give room they just give room as it is left by previous customer smelly bedsheet no hot water in bathroom no proper lift. I am not at all happy with this property I really suffer a lot at this property. Never ever recommend this property to anyone very pathetic and awful experience
