Major issue is Poor management and service quality and standards As a hotel. Few eg. 1. Contrary to MMT pkg details - Breakfast was supposed in restaurant but hotel itself assumes that customer knows that they serve breakfast in room against served order only. 2. Poor listening skills of staff- staff are basically not trained enough and lack of focus on guest experience . 3. No welcome gesture or uggage carrying assistance provided despite asking during checking and checkout. Also lift wasn't working. 4 basics facilities lacking like - no guidance given on TV, slipper was not provided unless aske Location is good and at few times some staff were hospitable and cooperative. Feedback is more on management's lack of focus and attention to maintaining service quality and standards as promised in MMT booking. Location if hotel is really good.

Staff was good and courteous but maintenance of room/washroom was poor. For the food only room service was there dining hall was not open

Very bad, don’t have words to explain the condition never going to book this hotel in future, service
