Room was very clean, beds and pillows were great. Carpet was a little worn and had a stain or two showing their age but not dirty. Breakfast was excellent Saturday morning but Sunday morning the premade omelettes were overcooked and hard. Staff was top notch. Bathroom had one switch that worked both the vent fan and light, which is fine except the fan is kinda loud. lol
Overall an excellent stay and well worth the cost.

We absolutely will return to this hotel while in the area. All the staff that we dealt with were super friendly.
The kids loved the pool, the breakfast was amazing!
The rooms were updated and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great! Very good water pressure. Even the towels and wash clothes were nice!
If you're staying in the area, I highly recommend that you stay here! You won't be sorry

The staff was very friendly both on check-in and check-out (it was the same woman) and when I asked where the guest laundry was at check-in, she told me it was on the 2nd floor and put us there. That was very convenient for us. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The laundry facilities were clean and easy to use. We were able to walk just a few minutes to the Mexican restaurant. My only gripe was that I could not find any milk when I came down for breakfast. I would definitely stay here again if I were in the area.

Property was convenient for visiting Keuka, Seneca and Cayuga lakes wineries, and close enough to Watkins Glen and Corning Museum of Glass. Down side of stay was the town of Penn Yan had limited 'fine' dining establishments, mainly fast food. Hotel itself was great!

My hubby and i just needed a little getaway and this place was just what we needed. It was convenient, clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Spa and pool were refreshing and relaxing.

Staff was nice. We needed a wheelchair accessable room and were not given one. Bathroom had a tub not roll in shower. Bed was too high for my husband to get into by himself.Carpets in hallways and our room were dirty. Place could use some updating.

From check in to check out, all was easy and so pleasant! They have a lovely pool, with long hours, and a good breakfast. The room was clean, without the smell of stale cigarette smoke. I'll remember this spot!

A lot of the trails and waterfalls are about an hour away from the area. Alot of wide open spaces and long drives. There are not a lot of good dining options in the area. Breakfast quality could be better. It is very relaxing though!
