Didn't travel and they didn't at least charge me for one day and refund me the remaining days. Refused any kind of refund.

Very near old city, relaxed dinning room for rest and meal.good services of the staff, very helpful. If my two person room windows can open for fresh air is better

What an amazing place! The breakfast has great coffee(s), fantastic yoghurt, olive oil, cheese， and so much more! As healthy as can be!

They need to revised their policy in terms of refund.

Habitación privada con baño sensacional, con nevera, hervidor, cafe y the de cortesia, toallas limpias cada día sin pedirlas. Desayuno muy decente para un hostel, con cappucino expresso a placer. Lo mejor el lounge-bar con happy hour y cada día una nueva actividad, uno de los más divertidos hostels en el que he estado en toda mi vida. Muy bien situado en Jaffa Ave con tranvía directo a la Ciudad Vieja ( salvo en Sabath, claro) Y estupendas excursiones carillas, pero al 60% de otras agencias. Israel es muy caro. Super recomendable.

Dirty an filthy the room and bathroom (private). All over the place is the same. The smell was terrible. They used a old filthy cloth to mop without paying any attention in corners, below furniture. The shower has a very short curtain that the water is all over outside. They have a mop so you can clean it! Breakfast very poor. Staff unfriendly. Needs urgent maintenance. Bed sheets and towel so old they they’re tearing apart

Great place, amazing atmósfera y marvelous roof top ! Spacious double rooms with AC and fridge. Cool colorful walls everywhere. Plenty of supermarkets, restaurantes, and a stop Tram to go Old Town very close. 15 minutes walking if you dont want to take the Tram to Old Town The wekness point for me mayby it wasthe brekfast. We stayed 5 nights and It was a little bit repetitive , althoug there werw a lot of things I would come back without a doubt!!

Bad customer service at front desk, unhelpful while trying to book and get a 10% disccount that was given to us since we booked tours with the same hotel, nobody helped, we never got any disccounts. The breakfast was just unacceptable, awful food and the frontdesk employees were unfriendly all the time. Not a recommended place to stay at all.

So easy to make friends on the rooftop bar (a few of us stayed several days more to explore Jerusalem and to hang out!). Clean facilities, kind and helpful staff, loved the pub crawl! The location couldn't be more convenient - right by the light rail to Old City, by Machaneh Nehuda Market (great place for beer and street art). Definitely returning next time in the area!

Simple but comfortable accommodation. The room was clean, the friendly staff were all brilliant , the building was pleasantly cool and the atmosphere not too rowdy at night for an early to bed, early to rise couple. We would loved to have stayed longer but unfortunately they were closing.

It was a wonderful experience. The staff was always very helpful with tips on what to do and to avoid. I really appreciate my stay

Really loved my time at Abraham Hostel. Everyone was very helpful. I enjoyed meeting so many people there. Hopefully I'll be back again.
