Ridiculous pool hours only 12 to 8. You children will be disappointed when they can't swim. The rooms were really nice, large and clean but the bed wasn't very comfortable and the bathroom was a bit dated. Free parking was nice. Wifi was very slow.

Really liked this hotel. Location is perfect, extremely convenient for siteseeing. Check in was smooth, front desk staff is very polite and helpful. Parking is in an underground garage right by the hotel and is approx €20/night. Our room on the 3rd floor was spacious with a safe, coffee maker, mini fridge. It had 2 Juliet balconies and a very good size bathroom with a tub and shower. Breakfast was standard continental with a good selection. There are several restaurants, Tabanco - bars where you can do Sherry tasting and stores with a central Mercado nearby. Everything is close and within walking distance. Would highly recommend this hotel in Jerez.
