The Sunshine house is newly renovated, under 10 minutes drive to the beach, and 15 minutes drive to downtown Stuart, walking distance to Indian River Side Park and Jensen Beach Boat Ramp. The Sunshine House provides all the amenities you need to enjoy a relaxing beach vacation. The Sunshine State of Mind House is part of a duplex building. However, you don't have to share any parts of the house, yard, or pool area; the backyard/pool area is fully fenced for your privacy.
