Service was great. Except for a faulty side entrance, the facilities were as expected.

The staff was super friendly. The grab and go breakfast was very minimal and which they had offered fruit. The room was clean,bed was comfortable. However if you are planning to use the pull out couch not an option it was discolored, brown and smelled terrible and had spots that looked like dried blood room 136. We rented two rooms 135 same set up different type of tv it was larger. The bathroom was not the cleanest. However overall the room was clean.

The rooms were not AT ALL what the pictures portrayed. The hallways were dirty…there pets everywhere and people were smoking outside every exit. Conversations overheard made us feel unsafe. We didn’t even stay the night.

All the staff are very nice and they have the right property manager runing this one ms loleta is phenomenal.

There were no complaints from us. We did not stay for a long period of time and it fit the needs we had. The room was comfortable, as was the bed. All facilities were in working order that we needed to use. Bug free and clean.

The bed was very comfortable and the staff helpful. But there was an odor in the room that would not go away. The night clerk did help by providing air freshener/deodorizer. The checkout clerk said he would have the carpet cleaned before using again.

Just a late night stop on the drive home. Booked online and when we arrived the staff said they were booked full. We said we just booked and paid online. We said we either need a room or refund. After 1/2 hour the late night staff figured out how to log into the computer get us a room. The late night staff was sorry for situation and helpful getting us a room.

When you sign in you must sign a form you will not smoke anything in the rooms. When we walked up to the 3rd floor where our room was the smell of **** hit you in the face. I told the front desk and they did investigate. Beds were terrible and the room was clean but the reviews show differently. Rooms need a makeover as the trim was coming off the walls, paint was scratched off and the sink was stained and gross looking.

Rooms were clean except for a lot of hair in the tub. The girl that greeted us as we arrived at 2am was very hospitable.
