The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner was noisy, and since the breakfast area was under construction we were given a bag with an orange, a bottle of water, and a small fruit bar. Breakfast... really?

I booked my reservation for this “pet friendly” property through ******* but when I arrived to check-in at midnight, after driving across the country for hours, I found out that they are not cat friendly - they only accept dogs- and I had to scramble to find a hotel in middle of the night that would accept my cat. The only thing I could find was double the price of what I had booked, which was simply not in my budget and made for an extremely stressful experience. Do not book this hotel if you have a cat. They do not accept cats and you will find yourself in a strange city in the middle of the night with nowhere to go and have to spend lots of extra money to go somewhere else. This hotel needs to make their pet policies clear on the ******* app and anywhere else they book reservations where they say they are “pet-friendly.”

Receive a cheap rate online after a few days try to extend however there was a car show coming into town so they refused to let me extend made up lies about why I couldn’t stay because I wanted to charge whoever comes in after me a higher rate it was not because there was no room available. It was not because of any other issue. They simply are money, hungry, and will kick you out at the drop of a dime for no reason.

Short stay, but satisfied When I arrived well after 10pm, I had to sit in my rental for at least a half hour until someone showed up to the front desk. The hotel was very quiet which was a plus. There was one desk clerk that went out of his way to help me with my umbrella. Another desk clerk went out of her way to find me an umbrella until I purchased one. I was there for a 4 day conference, the location was perfect. Also saved money bcuz I had a full fridge, microwave and stove. I’m a travel nurse so I will definitely keep them in mind if I am ever in the Louisville area.

Will Definitely Be Back Check in was easy. Roberta and everyone at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. We had no issue finding the location and was able to park easily close to an entrance. I felt comfortable staying here with the comforts of a full-size fridge, microwave, small cooking station, and even a dishwasher. The only issue we had was the bed being pretty uncomfortable. Not sure if it was just the mattress that wasn't to our liking, but it felt a little "broke down" in the middle. You can tell the building is a little on the old side, but they're working well with what they have. On our next music festival trip, I will quickly be booking here and not looking anywhere else. You're not in the middle of busy downtown, but you are close to several popular fast food places as well as a Sam's Club with easy access to the interstate and other parts of the city.

We were supposed to be able to check in by 3PM. We arrived a little after 4PM and was told no rooms were clean. When I asked how much longer they thought it would be, he shrugged and said "I really don't know". We left to grab something to eat and called an hour later to check on it and it still wasn't ready. Finally was able to check in after 6, and the elevator was broken plus there was still an employee in the room cleaning and when she left we did not have a shower curtain and had to go to the front desk for one. The hallways smelled bad, and was supposed to be a non smoking facility but there were other guests smoking outside their rooms. At one point our key cards stopped working and when I went to the front desk, the employees were behind the wall divider talking very loudly and cursing. I am very disappointed with my stay and will not use this facility in the future.
