Hyatt Place Louisville East

Stay was great overall, clean beds, etc. Just wish the pool was better cared for. Lots of bugs in it! And wheelchair accessible rooms should be revised. Not much space in (at least one room) to turn into the bathroom. The bed is in the way. And the soap in the shower is too far away to use safely.

Rented a room so my daughter and her friends could swim. The pool was dirty and needed to be clean. While we were out by the pool a group, who was staying decided to grill out. I’ve never been to a hotel that has a grill put by the pool for guests to use. Definitely a turn off to me to try to enjoy time at the pool and then it turn into a back yard bbq. Not the place in my opinion. Staff was ok. When I arrived I stood waiting at the check in counter for 10 minutes before a staff member came to check me in. Everything was average, room, pool, staff, breakfast was the bare minimum. If I were trying to find a hotel to stay I wouldn’t choose or recommend this hotel.

Was an okay stay. They didn’t tell us we had to pay for parking or that they take an extra 100 for security. The front desk wasn’t very knowledgeable about anything around for us to do when we asked. And their sitting area is super small and very cold!

It was a good mediocre place to stay. The breakfast was your typical free hotel breakfast experience. Missed having a microwave in the room. Aggravated about having to pay to park in their parking lot when staying there.

The lady that worked the front desk on days wasn’t polite and was very short when asked questions. The lady on evenings/nights was very nice and knowledgeable. The hotel appeared to be an older Hyatt Place, than the others I’ve visited. But overall the stay was comfortable

The rooms were nice and clean and very spacious. Not crazy about having to pay for parking but that was a minor inconvenience at most.

This appears to be an old Hyatt hotel under poor management. Staff was unfriendly, room was substantially worse then on the pictures (—same layout but run down, with old noisy AC used as a heat-pump). Smaller than usual bathroom, low quality breakfast, overall feel that we made a mistake booking this hotel.

Have stated twice now. Good breakfast selections, clean rooms, comfortable. Pay for parking was new and wasn't happy with that, but they gave me a code when I questioned them about this, and I was able to get free parking.

Ok online it said indoor pool they arent a indoor pool and the breakfast lets say i didn't eat any of it. They workers were very nice. The bed bout killed me though it was way to firm for my liking.
