The unit is a private two-bedroom that has been completely remodeled. Has its own private entrance. Everything is new and up-to-date. It is on the second floor and very comfortable. It has a furnished kitchen and a desk for office work. It is non-smoking but has an outside covered patio area that is very comfortable for outdoor smoking.
Very safe quiet neighborhood with a park two blocks away. 10 minutes to the football and baseball stadiums. And for the concert goers to red rocks, 15 minutes.

Très bien situé cependant le tapis est très vieux, les chambres ont besoin d’être renouvelé. Les meubles , tables et chaises devront être changé. Les divans dans le salon sentait la cigarette.
Il y a un grand manque des accessoires de cuisine, et serviettes.
La cuisine et salle de bain sont fraîchement rénové et l’emplacement est bien situé. Je ne reprendrais pas cet établissement.

Cute condo in Denver
This condo was in a perfect location in Denver, Colorado! My family of three stayed here in June and for what we needed it for it was absolutely perfect!

Denver & Red Rocks adulting
Perfect budget stay. Close to Downtown Denver and Red Rocks. Close to public transit.Only complaint is there isnt a bathroom exhaust fan.

Perfect location! The place was neat and clean. We had a wonderful time in Colorado. Definitely will stay here again.

Over all was almost excellent but there were things that could have been a bit better. First and foremost the apartment was perfect for what we needed and it was very clean. This being the most important feature. The neighborhood was quit and cozy. It is getting a bit worn but otherwise an overall very pleasant experience. I would definitely revisit if I go to another Red Rock concert.
