地理位置好，適合商務出差

好: 環境好，新酒店（工作人員很多，隨時都有人【接待的工作人員一看就是沙特本土人，這種人請來上班貴得很】，離古城很近走路就到，旁邊有個Sarmad餐廳，很出名。 差: 1. 粗看起來好像很豪華，其實內裏不太好，比如洗澡的時候，水擋不住往外流，弄得半個房間都是水，心情煩躁。不知道別的房間是不是這種情況。還有房間刷漆等做工粗糙，最多就是個三星酒店的水平。 2. 早餐每天都一樣，甚至如果第一天沒吃完，第二天衹能就接着第一天剩下的菜繼續吃。當時看見把我嚇了一跳！但是這景點附近沒有早餐店，衹能將就了 建議:這古城旁邊旁邊也沒有啥好的酒店，建議定個一天就走人。市區裏要多少就有多少比這好的酒店 😌

還好😅……。。。

位置不錯，近龍城

L'hotel è confortevole con ampie camere, pulite e dotate dei confort necessari. Il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile. Colazione in camera abbastanza buona. Prezzo corretto. L'unica nota negativa è che i torno non c'è veramente nulla e bisogna per forza muoversi con il taxi o Uber

This hotel needs a good renovation. Many things are unavailable or not working - the television did not work. Just not a lot of accomodations. Lacking were many of the items in your room that you expect from a nice hotel - laundry bag, extra towels. The rooms were unkept and room service trays were left in the hall for 2 days. The odor from the sewer rises through the toilet and creates a terrible smell in the bathroom. Worst of all, on my floor it was very noisy and people yelling at 1 and 2 AM. On the plus side, the staff is friendly enough and willing to try to make it better. I had higher expectations for the owners of this property.

For 2 nights we had to stay in Jeddah, not too far from the university and we chose this new hotel. We decided to take our chance and book the room right at the reception of the hotel. The receptionist was not in a good mood, was unhelpful, couldn't give any discount (which is okay), but was rude with his remark that 'if we didn't like it, we could look for another hotel'... REALLY? (As if we didn't know it). Luckily for him that I didn't hear that, so we decided to check the room, and it was fantastic. Amenities were good, location good, view okay. Anyway, the price was good, so we decided to stay. Breakfast was great, they prepare something for you on demand, enough choice; check-out was fine too with another receptionist.
