Bad service by receptionist. I arrived at hotel around 12pm and he said no details booking in their system. He even questioned me if the booking just made today. I said it made 2 months ago and I show him the details. Then he questioned me the price i paid in RM and how much in Saudi if converted. Rather than he asked me the convertion rate better he check direct right?

Poor service

Very good hotel. After finding our booked accommodation was less than suitable at another hotel we booked into Alertiqaa at the last minute late at night. We should have chosen this hotel first. It was close to the airport, clean, well staffed and the room was very impressive. The room was very modern, great large bed, hot shower, clean bathroom and very quiet at night. For the money we paid it was excellent value. Special mention must be made of Mohammad who checked us in patiently and professionally. He made a somewhat stressful situation much easier. And the portering staff were extremely helpful Everyone could converse in English and they were always smiling and available when needed. All in all I couldn't fault our stay at all If you're in Jeddah and need good accommodation close to the airport for business or a holiday then go no further than Alertiqaa Palace. Highly recommended!

Really really good I was really impressed

工作人員不熱情，需要更多經驗才能知道如何與客戶打交道。缺乏經驗可能會失去客戶。
