瓦坎奢華套房別墅(Wakan Luxury Villas and Suites)

From the first night we had issues, I got this villa because of the pool which was a mistake to get. This is not a stand alone villa there is a unit above and if people are even walking there you can hear all the noises. We couldn’t sleep until 3 am first night because there were a lot of noises. Bathroom didn’t have any amenities.. sofas were old and had hole in them.. the AC broke and couldn’t sleep every night due to room being hot. When I told them to fix it they said they fixed it but it wasn’t fixed so they lied and then had to late until 2 am to change the room. There was no toilet paper/towels/soap available when arrived at the location. This was the worst experience I have ever had. Host stopped responding to me after I told them they didn’t fix the AC issue which he said he fixed it. I would recommend to get another hotel and leave this place alone.
