The staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially the GM who personally assisted us with a matter we had and the housekeeping manager Donald. However, facilities are definitely overdue for some upgrade as well as the bathroom that suffered from bad odor from sewage system which I hope the hotel will find a long-term solution.

Hotel Radisson Blu Al Salam Jeddah is not a 5 stars hotel as listed in your App, hardly can be classified as 3 stars and doesn’t reflect an international hotel standards. It just looks like a local brand apartment rooms setup. It doesn’t not deserve the amount of money offered at, at most the standard room that I had booked at about SAR 600, it deserves only SAR 250 comparison to similar rooms at other hotels. Besides staff are not professional or cooperative.
