Nous avons aimé ce complexe hôtelier en particulier les petites Villa . Nous pouvions marcher un peu partout. De plus le fait d’offrir le service de navette nous a permis de nous déplacer plus facilement et économiquement. Le site était bien entretenu, tranquille et accueillant. Le personnel était aimable et serviable. La chambre c’était vieux mais correct, un thermopompe pour climatiser, un petit frigo, bouilloire, douche style italienne mais trop petite qui fait que l’eau éclaboussait partout. Ce qui nous a déçu est le fait que nous n’avions pas de balcon. On nous a dit qu’il s’agissait d’une chambre standard et que celles ci n’avaient pas de balcon. Étant donné que nous n’avions pas de balcon il aurait été très agréable d’avoir accès à un espace extérieur où coin tranquille avec table et chaise pour lire, prendre café ou autre sans être coincé à la réception, la piscine ou le resto donnant sur la réception. D’autant plus que nous avons remarqué que les chambres standards étaient pour la plupart situées face au Soleil du matin. Les repas pris à l’hôtel étaient biens mais dispendieux, surtout le déjeuner. En ce me concerne 26$ U$ pour un déjeuner c’est trop cher. Il reste que la nourriture est dispendieuse un peu partout sur l’Ile. En conclusion on a aimé notre vacance.

O lugar é simplesmente encantador, seguro e limpo. A acomodação foi perfeita. Um lugar próximo do centro de Punda e próximo de muitos pontos turísticos. Preço acessível e excelente qualidade de serviço.

Bom hotel, boa estrutura porém não justifica o preço, café da manhã caro.

There was hardly any hot water in my room. Even though the front desk people called and informed housekeeping it still did not help. Overall the staff was very courteous and the property and rooms were well maintained. The entertainment was also a nice attraction so travelers like myself didn't have to always leave the property at night if they wanted some form of entertainment.

My first impression when I got there was check in time is supposed to be at 4pm. When I arrived at 5:30pm, my room was not ready. Once finally in the condo, I immediately noticed that the bathroom window, at ground level, had no curtains, blinds or tinting. The window faced another building just a few feet away regularly usee by maintenance. I had to make a makeshift curtain with a towel for privacy. The room was cleaned daily however and the bed was comfortable enough. The property of the resort itself is not luxurious and any condos or rooms facing the center of the hotel are treated to loud live music hosted by the hotel nightly until around 9pm or later if there is a private event (such as a wedding) the hotel gets 3 stars from me because the price was ok considering the price surge from other hotels during that busy season.
