The staff went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Asia Hotel is the oldest in Jammu. During my current visit I observed that the interiors, catering services and overall standards need some improvement. The training of staff especially catering staff is an immediate requirement

It was amazing stay with Radisson Blu Jammu the hospitality and the hospitality standards are very good the staff are very polite specially the front desk people speaks very sensible and gorgeous I appreciate

The reviews of this hotel were good due to which we book rooms for our family but when we reached there the service, check in and check out was not ever good. The staff which was on front desk was not able to handle the check out process. We were even charged with laundry bill which was not even ours. I was told that i will get my bill on email but still there is not email received from hotel.
