- The hotel location is good. The only challenge is the continuous railway announcements coming to you. But that is bearable. - The front desk is really helpful. I was tired from a trip and they helped me check in a couple of hours before the scheduled check-in time seeing my tiredness. - Good ambience overall with a separate dining area and secured lifts. - The toilet (room# 201) was dirty - specifically the WC. - Bathroom exhaust fan is too noisy. - No wardrobes. - Delayed service - asked for shower caps as caps are available on demand only. It took almost an hour to deliver after repetitive calls. - They need to consider providing an electric water kettle in the room seriously. The common area service for tea/coffee and hot water is good. But does not provide the right level of service and comfort. - If someone wants to drink multiple glasses of warm water, the person needs to go and sit there. - Morning tea, you need to go outside the room I think considering the cost of an electric kettle, it could be more economical and manageable.

If you wanted to catch train for tmrrow, this is the best location to stay. Even in walking distance, u may go to nearest local shopping shop to eat and find things. Its like a bazaar about 500m from the hotel. However, need to bear with announcement of train untill 12.00 am, but still ok. Tq to Mr Ram the Manager there for the great service. He help me a lot to book the train ticket.

Apart from cleanliness everything was fine.

ROOMS, STAFF, PARKING ---EVERYTHING IS GOOD. FOOD IS VERY COSTLY.

The location is really good. Just coming out of the station, and there is the hotel. Rooms are neat and clean, and one important thing is minimal noise from the railway station, and the curtains are good for sound sleep. The room, ambience, and breakfast spread gave value for money. However, the room should be made up every day rather than only when guests demand. Also, toiletries should include a small soap too, as there was shampoo only for shower.

It was a very pleasant experience to have stay @ LeROI Jammu. Behaviour of the staff was very supportive.

Welcome drinks & discounts not provided as promised for direct booking guests. 2. Only 2 small bottle water provided for triple room guests . 3. No hot water, same situation after complaining also 4. Food expensive & normal quality. Outside food not allowed

Very hotel to stay very near to Jammu station Food was good, especially breakfast wonderful, neat and cleanly maintained
