The Hotel was very clean and neat. We loved the buffet Breakfast the hotel offered in the morning.The main reason for our lower rating is the door card key to get in and out of our room, was terrible and fustrating. It did not work well, and took so long to open our door.The most upsetting thing was the friendliness and help from the staff at front desk. We were not familiar with the area, and were trying to get some help from the girl at front desk, and she was very rude and not helpful.We were out to dinner at a restaurant about 10 minutes away and on our way home we took a wrong road. It was dark, and of course we were not familiar with the area.We called the hotel to ask for help, and the girl at desk answered, and was very rude and not helpful. She told us we needed to get a better GPS, so we were not calling and BOTHERING HER!!! She was not helpful at all.It was really just the one girl at the front desk. That is not very good Customer Service, and bit nice at all, to tell your guests staying at your Hotel.
