Fue uno de los primeros citios que visite cuando llegue al lugar y estoy muy agradecido con el hospedaje todo estuvo de maravilla sin ningún problema o conveniente, estuve durante un largo tiempo muy agusto! Espero pueda estar de vuelta en otra oportunida! Se los Recomiendo esta al alcance de todos!

I travel for a living and I am in a different city every week. The hospitality at this location is absolutely amazing. He provided me with places to eat locally and was very knowledgeable about the city. The room was clean and comfortable.

Room was clean and big compared to the other Days Inn I stayed at. Room smelled fresh, bed was comfortable and 55-inch big screen TV with cable was a plus for me after local tours in the evening and relax in my room to watch the latest shows and news. Manager Shak and Housekeeping lady Jay were very polite and courteous. She provided clean towels and essentials every day. Easy Check-In and Check-Out, all the documents to sign and keys we kept ready when we walked in late at night. Breakfast was good, they had good spreads. Egg and cheese, sausage links, bagels, donuts, yogurt, coffee, orange, apple juices, cereals etc. I did not experience any internet connection issues when I connected multiple devices.

My wife and I requested a late check out when making the reservation on the Days Inn website. This hotel refused to honor that request. Strike one. Got to the room and only half the lights functioned. Strike two. The room also smelled of urine. Strike three. With the staff being unfriendly, we chose to not complain to them about the room. We were treated as if they were doing us the favor. Save your money and find somewhere else to stay. My favor to them will be to spend my money elsewhere on the rest of my return trips.

No Smoking No Pets was welcoming. No air conditioning and car wash next door made for a hot night. Loose carpet was not good

The front desk clerk was ok, no issues with the staff. My room was in a separate building, and it smelled musty and dirty. The room was even worse. I turned the fan on the A/C up all night to try and cover it up. The odors seemed like a combination of old neighborhood bar, and a locker room.The towels were cheap and scratchy. The mattress was completely covered on all sides by a cotton cover, so the mattress itself could not be examined for bed bugs. There are many nice, affordable motels in Jamestown, and they were all sold out that night- I'll never stay here again!

I was so upset with our stay. They were doing construction all over, the paint fumes, and smells in general were horrible. We had to sleep with the windows open. Very disappointed that we couldn't use the work out room. That is one of the reasons we chose this Hotel. We always look for that availability! We were not told of any of this when I made the reservation. Also....breakfast started a half hour late! (because the young man said he was "tired.") We needed to be on the road, but also wanted to get something to eat before we left. I have tried to contact the Hotel about this, and got the response that they would be getting back to us, but after multiple attempts, they still haven't responded!

There was hot water when we checked into the hotel. The manager refused to give us any money back. We checked out a day early because they had no idea when the hot water water would be restored. Then they changed my card another $54 and never refunded me for the night I didn't stay.
