President New Court Hotel is found excellent for the stay of wedding party guest, we booked 2nd time, our all around 40 guests were happy with hospitality, excellent behavior of staff and management, i can strongly recommend to anyone. One of the reasonable hotel of Jalandhar 🙏

Very good stay. Neat & clean nice experience i would like to give 10/10 as per staff are polite breakfast is included in hotel tarrif which is most likely.

Lunch : Chef Ashish made Mexican food 🇲🇽 “ Mexican Fish “ for lunch …. Realty delicious …Yummy 😋 😎 I visit raddison very frequently they have a good variety of different cuisines .. …….. Chef Ashish always makes custom made food with handpicked spices and veggies . Always delicious 🤤 🤗

My self Kumar I was staying in your hotel it was good experience . Rooms was good and ur food also tasty . Mostly important is hotel staff is very helpful . They given me good service . Housekeeping staff given me neet and clean service room was maintained very nice. And front office staff is great 👍 and very helpful. Room service staff also good they are given me good service in restaurant and Room also . Entertainer hotel staff is very cooperative . I wass recommend to my relatives also come and stay in ur hotel . Thanks you so much Maya hotel team.

This was more like an old friend coming home than visiting a hotel walking in I was unable to get my bag from the rikshaw the security was there smiling and genuinely happy at my arrival the greeting from the assistant Manager was all hugs and not a handshake in sight. the room was large enough for ballroom Dancing and well-furnished comfortable and clean I slept like a baby and check out was efficient there are rooms that are sold as delux these are newly refurbished and excellent to the standard of a five star. the breakfast is complimentary and is good with the highest standards of service. The bar is very reasonably priced and the staff help-full I am running out of good things to say but feel I should have said more, this is a great hotel at a budget price just book it and enjoy

It was for a accidental detour to Jalandhar while returning from Dalhousie when I booked Maharaja Residency. Online reviews looked good and the front desk gave a good deal for two rooms. The hotel is located at a stone’s throwaway from Railway station and is near to main market. The room was exactly the same as shown on website with nice ambience and clean linen. Room service was excellent particular mention for Shubham who always catered us with a nice smile on his face. Mr Ajit at front desk were really nice and facilitated quick check in for us as we reached late in night. One star deducted is for washrooms which are in need of serious overhaul. The WC look worn out and the faucet needs revamp. Moreover the complimentary breakfast spread is too meek and must have bit more variety. Overall a nice Hotel for short stay at Jalandhar.

Hospitality department is good. Staff is friendly. Breakfast has limited choice. Breakfast staff can do better job in customer service. Stayed for 11 days, Overall experience was okay, spa and restaurant services were okay, not exceptional. Total experience was that management inclination was towards making money rather focused on customer comfort and exceptional experience. Staff was more keen on getting good reviews rather than service. I have had so many staff members coming to me to give them Good rating which don’t mind after my stay compared to my first day of stay.

Very hygiene. staff is not only friendly but also skilled and very cooperative. Location is also good. Pricing is fair and transparent definitely value for money. Food is tasty 😊I highly recommend this Best Western Hotel 😊
