Royal haveli couldn't have been more accommodating. First pickup from the airport. Very nice staff at the hotel. Everyone is so helpful, we really felt like home. I highly recommend it. Rooms are well furnished and traditional. Bathrooms are neat and clean.Good location near to fort main market and gadisar lake. they also have amazing safari and panoramic view rooftop restaurant. Perfact palace in jaisalmer

What made my stay especially memorable was the extraordinary hospitality extended by Mr. ***ish Kumar and his dedicated team, including Surajpal. It was a mesmerizing experience with Queen of Thar desert camp. Entire staff was very helpful and made all of us comfortable. Food is delectable, delicious and the program like Sunset safari on camel and sunrise safari with Jeep was awesome. Nasir bhai also arranged an inside desert safari which made our trip complete. What a view of desert 🏜 simply superb... Sahil took us to this safari ride and also gave an experience of local fruits and villages. Special thanks to Kapil Patel, Chaynu Patel for giving the home like comfort in Desert.

訪訪客用戶This hotel is great. The rooms [I cannot recall the category we booked] were massive with wonderful warm showers. The service from the staff is outstanding. The owner is on site and is a good ***. They also have a lovely beagle called Simba; he’s very gentle. The buffet breakfast is fresh and more than enough. We found the lunch and dinner at the roof top restaurant really good. The food was tasty and best of all, they catered to my daughter’s gf needs without any problem. All waiting and kitchen staff understand the gf diet and food is prepared safely. Their whole operation is very impressive. The view of the fort is magnificent from the roof top. The location of the hotel to the fort gate is very close. You can walk in about 2-5 minutes [5 minutes if you’re slow]. I cannot say anything negative about our stay. The furnishings in this hotel are so warm and showcase rajasthan’s furniture style.

This is an absolute gem and retreat of place in Jaisalmer. Lovely indoor pool that is nice and cool. Staff and food was amazing. Can’t say enough amazing things about this place. We did an evening camel safari with Padam to the dunes. Amazing amazing. Definitely stay the night if you can. All the staff helped us with all sorts of requests and recommendations. Will be back for sure!

Reach there on day 1 to take a tour to the safari where you can book at the hotel only and enjoy the scenic view of sand dunes with good hospitality. Next day go for the city tour. For sure the city has too much to show and this stay will make you satisfied with nice hosting

I had an amazing experience at Shahi Palace! The hotel is beautifully located near Jaisalmer Fort, with stunning views from the rooftop restaurant. The ambiance is cozy, and the traditional Rajasthani decor adds a special charm. My room was clean, spacious, and well-furnished, providing all the comforts I needed. The rooftop restaurant served delicious food, especially the local Rajasthani dishes, which I loved. Dining with the fort in the background during sunset was unforgettable! The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful, providing great recommendations and arranging activities like desert safaris. Their warm hospitality made my stay even more special.

It is the most amazing place to stay in Jaisalmer. Ba - the host, is an ablosute walking charm❤️ we stayes for the dessert trip and it was the best night of our lives. As my husband and I wanted to experience an authentic stay in the Thar desert, we decided to book Sunny Desert Camp - best choice ever. Sunny picked us up by car in Jaisalmer. After welcoming us with a chai tea in the camp Sunny showed us around. The clean tents with ensuite bathrooms are well-maintained with cosy, comfortable beds. Sunny and his staff are very gracious and helpful. They are not only welcoming their guests but also making them feel like being in a home from home. This experienced and friendly staff made us feel very special. The food was excellent and plentiful. The camel safari was amazing - gently and safely riding the camels to a place viewing the gorgeous sunset in the dunes. It is an oasis and a gem from the hustle and bustle and noise of the city. At dinner time they served different types of local Rajasthani food accompanied by authentic local dancers and musicians. If you are looking for an authentic touch of Rajasthani culture in the desert, we think that there is no better place than Sunny Desert Camp. We highly recommend this place for an unforgettable experience and we definitely wish to come back to this unique Sunny Desert camp one time. Many thanks to the kind staff and Sunny for everything. Namaste 🙏

MMaggieColinGaji ji came to pick us up and we had a lovely ride in his Jeep. Nice cozy hotel that also serves Korean food in their rooftop restaurant that overlooks a lovely landscape and the fort.
I was looking forward to sitting in the garden etc as shown in the pictures but it’s not a private area, the garden is public so no direct access from the hotel.
Having said that, the hotel itself is beautiful and the service is great. Hussain in the restaurant was super nice and always had a smile on his face.
The hotel arranged for our camel tour to the desert and that was the highlight of our trip. Jiraj our camel guide was so humble and nice. He cooked for us in one corner of the dunes and we ate authentic desert food. We saw the broadest and the clearest view of the stars as we lay by the bonfire. It was magical!

Blown away! What a resort, and amazing service, they make you feel special. Special shoutout to the Murtaza (Gm I Think), what a gentleman. With him leading the team, obviously they need to be amazing. Also there is a guy who use to be in Security - now a part of Front office, Great fellow - (I'm sorry I don't remember his name) - 2 Suggestions - 1. At the entry there are musicians who welcome you, behind that there is a small garden, you guys really need to put chairs, for them to sit on when there is no one - or make one with a stone slab to stick with the resort style. They have nowhere to sit - what a shame. 2. Food quantity really really really needs to be looked into, its very very small portions, so that is another disaster, Id like the management to look into.. Apart from this its amazing - we will visit again in Dec or Jan!

The staff are good..however they can be a little more interactive to make it an exceptional experience. You can ask for pickup from the station.
