1-star review reality drastically different from pictures - exercise caution i strongly advise potential guests to thoroughly cross-reference photos. Our recent stay was severely disappointing due to multiple serious issues: safety & accessibility: - no elevator access to upper floors - no staff assistance with luggage, resulting in a sprained ankle while carrying bags down the stairs during checkout - staff showed concerning indifference to the injury, offering no assistance cleanliness & amenities: - bedding was visibly stained with food marks from previous guests - promised room heaters were not provided despite december's cold weather - frequent water supply issues in bathroom, requiring multiple calls for resolution service: - extremely poor response times, particularly when hotel was busy with groups - food quality was good, but service delays were excessive (hours of waiting) - witnessed concerning pattern of discriminatory service where staff provided noticeably preferential treatment to guests of particular religious backgrounds - other guests like ourselves faced extended wait times and minimal attention - basic guest services like luggage assistance were consistently unavailable for most guests - staff displayed unprofessional behavior by laughing when i fell and injured myself instead of offering assistance what should have been a pleasant holiday was significantly impacted by substandard hospitality. This level of service is unacceptable for a hotel listed. Future travelers should carefully consider these issues before booking. Positive points: - food taste and quality was good management response needed: - safety protocols for guests - staff training on basic hospitality standards - regular maintenance of essential amenities - immediate attention to discriminatory service practices - implementation of equal service standards for all guests regardless of background - professional conduct training for staff

A Royal Stay in Jaisalmer Hotel Royal Heritage offers a truly royal experience in the heart of Jaisalmer. Our stay in the Heritage Maharaja style room was nothing short of exceptional. The room was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, capturing the essence of traditional Rajasthani architecture. The food served at the hotel was absolutely delicious. Each dish was a culinary delight, prepared with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors. The rooftop restaurant provided breathtaking views of the Jaisalmer Fort and the sunset over the city. We were particularly impressed by the hospitality of Mr. Ameen Bhai. His helpful nature and local insights enhanced our stay significantly. He was always available to assist with any queries or requests. Overall, our experience at Hotel Royal Heritage was fantastic. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jaisalmer.
