Not so good experience with jaisal house hotel. No cleanliness at all. They charged too much from us through mm t but not worth it. Terrible breakfast, everything was cold and soggy. Regretting for this pure booking we did for this hotel. Staff members were also not friendly. And mainly no cleanliness at all

Great hotel with friendly staff. Even-though we missed our first day due to flight delays, we could come early morning and sleep until noon. They graciously agreed for a late checkout due to the situation.

First of all there is no property called jaisal house now. It has been bought by some one else and now is running with the name of jain hotels excellency. they still selling it as jaisal house. Second the pics or any other is totally misleading. In actual there is nothing like as pictures showed. Third 2-3 staff running the whole property and they are doing every stuff so off course very poor and delayed service. Fourth there is no cleaning at all. Fifth property is outside the city and there is garbage all around. Seems like they are taking benefit of old property reviews, although i have not seen that also so just a guess, and this charging too much for nothing.

Great Location. All rooms are neat and clean. We booked 2 night stay at Jaisal House in the month of Dec 2021. The food quality and services of the hotel are very good. The Hotel staff is very polite and cooperative. Special thanks to Mr. Yasin Khan (Room Service Team) he is very polite to every guest and takes very good care of all his guests.

There is nothing called royal luxury room. Rooms are ordinary with limited amenities. No lift, lights not working, even power cut for 30 mins for several times. Hotel was clean but lacked good staff.

I've been there by seeing other reviews but, reality is quite different. My Experience with: - Staff bit rude and quite not supportive. - Food taste is below average. - Felt bad to see young/teenage kids are doing room service job. But, these kids are very prompt about their services. - Property is really far away from main market and attraktion point. - No elevator in property. Not recommend for old aged people.

Stay was good, it was a residential area in jaisalmer and all places were in the vicinity.

A place with good potential but a dud in reality.. This was one of the costliest place during our stay and as such had high expectations but turned out to be a dud… To start with there is no lift in this place, so if you get a room in 3rd floor better luck with stairs.. imagine the plight of folks with knee pain.. to make the matters worse, restaurant is located in the top floor / roof top Even for the price what they charge ($$$) rooms are not cleaned properly, linen is very dirty and no one checks if it needs replacement or not.. Looks like they are running thin on staff, same staff is doing room service, luggage, cooking, cleaning..etc List can go on but in short not worth the price what is charged…
