The location was very convenient. It was just the right distance away from the busy tourist area but accessible by a short rickshaw ride. The service and staff were excellent. They catered for any request and were extremely attentive. There were not ***y amenities in the rooms and the towels were stained to the point that we couldn’t use them. If you did need anything extra the staff were very helpful to provide it. The rooftop is not accessible outside of breakfast which isn’t clearly stated and would’ve been good to know before booking.

(1) Upon check-in, I found it strange that the male staff placed my husband's name and used his surname as the wifi password when I am the person who made the booking and paid for the hotel. Hence, I am unhappy about this as, even after asking the male staff to change to my name and surname. He was too lazy to do it! Felt very unrespected! In the final invoice, when I paid for room service, the same male staff did not change to my name!!! Terrible and lazy! (2) The food for room service was delicious! (3) The housekeeping was slow in getting us some things. (4) The morning breakfast buffet was delious, with a wide range of local and intercontinential food. The staff in the Breakfast area were very efficient and excellent!

Staying at Park Prime is really a pleasant experience for your warm reception, good service and behaviour. Enjoyed an elaborate breakfast with lots of variety. Food is fresh, well cooked and tasty. Hospitality is excellent. Smiling young faces are an additional attraction. Improvements are to be made in the bathrooms/toilets regarding it floor sloping and drainage. One may enjoy staying here. I was tired few days because I stayed uncomfortable accommodation. I needed clean shower. It’s perfect for me. Plenty of amenities and breakfast is Indian style and western style. I’d love fresh vegetables and some fruit. I’d stay next time in Jaipur.
